Chamois d'Or Hotel & Spa

Having the room cleaned was not automatic. The Spa is not super convenient having to ask staff to power on the sauna and steam room.

The staff was great and very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town and the ski departure area. Breakfast was great also.

The staff were not that helpful on arrival. Booking for a family which was confirmed prior to arrival they set the room up for two adults and two babies.

Lovely staff very helpful I fractured my elbow whilst in holiday and they were most helpful in directing me to local Doctors. Rooms spotless

Staff were excellent and very welcoming and helpful. Only small quibble was with pillow quality but resolved straight away. Would def stay again.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and perfect location for ski slopes

A very well positioned hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the main ski lifts. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well maintained. A great bar, spa and breakfast are also provided. It is the staff however, that are truly outstanding. Very welcoming, friendly and so willing to assist.

I visited Les Gets as a solo traveller and chose Chamois d'Or for my stay.

From the start, the booking process was very easy. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and couldn't do more. The hotel was tastefully decorated throughout with some gorgeous antique furniture. My room was homely and comfortable with a very comfortable bed (the most important part!).

The bar was lovely and the cocktails superb, really good quality. Luckily I'm back next weekend so I can catch up on the Espresso Martini I never had time for :)

The ONE thing that I would have loved to see is tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I brought my own, I always need a lot of cuppa's. Then this hotel would be complete :)

Very nice hotel and good location. Staff were all young and very friendly, gave good advice on restaurants and other details in town. The spa area was pleasant and well maintained even though the hot pool was cold some evenings. Would stay here again.

Swimming pool is a very hot jacuzzi bath not a swimming pool cannot do ‘swimming’ sauna didn’t work majority of time, steam room controls made it too hot, had to ask staff to turn on they were not on all the time, took ages to heat up when working, 24 hours notice at least to book for dinner in restaurant, unnecessary noise from constant door banging/rattling made for a restless sleep, never anyone on reception, rooms very small especially for a family, beds uncomfortable and lumpy, no tea/coffee making facilities had to make several requests for this, I could go on...

Great location for this lovely boutique hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly Will. Would highly recommend. Only area for improvement is that breakfast could be a bit more interesting versus the usual but that is a minor point.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by one of the hotel owners. She was friendly, took the time to introduce herself and offered. About my short stay you were treated as if you were the only guest, the service was 2nd to none, nothing was too much hard work. The hotel staff were polite and would genuinely stand and have a conversation with you. Uchitel everyone was happy working there, and the service was genuine .

Amazing hotel and staff could not do enough to help. Will be back.

Lovely Hotel. Perfect location right in centre of les gets. 5min walk to cable car to take you up to the slopes. Staff cant do enough for you and English speaking. Will definitely be going back.
