Très bonne Situation proche centre ville accessible à pieds par des jolies ruelles piétonnes
Situé sur une Rue calme sans passage de voitures avec restos, cafés, agences de voyage, gare de taxi et Mini mart
Villa magnifique privée dotée d'un beau et grand jardin.
Grande piscine privée fonctionnelle et propre.
Personnel serviable et et à l'écoute.
Prix très intéressant

La Villa est clairement en état de délabrement :
Climatisation qui fuit, Fenêtre sans vitre,
1 seule salle bain fonctionnelle sur les deux.
Mobilier souvent très abîmé, Cuisine non équipée.
Les portes ne se verrouillent pas toutes et les chambres sont humides.
Pour ces raisons Nous n'avons pu utiliser que la moitié de la villa.

It is within walking distance to where we need to get to everyday.
For a villa that we booked for with kitchenette, there was no cutting knife, no dish liquid for washing up, only basic plates/set of fork and spoon, couple of cups and cutting board so was not able to use the kitchen at all. The bathroom shower had absolutely no pressure and was only trickling water and we weren’t supplied with toilet paper top ups. The soap provided was old. We weren’t supplied with drinking water daily as advertised, tea and coffee was old, and we had to ask for the bins to be emptied. There was no check ins to see if the stay was ok, or if we needed anything else more.

There was no water pressure only 3 holes worked in the entire shower head
The inside lighting was poor

Great facilities. Really good breakfast. Great location, about 5 minute drive into town. Comfy beds in spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
Our hotel room looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while. Really needs a good deep clean and maintenance.
The big Bungalow is quite far from the small ones. We booked 2 bungalows as we were a big family group but the distance between the 2 bunglows was a big inconvenience. You have to walk down street and take another street. This was not mentioned while booking.
Comfortable, Stylish, lovely helpful staff. A low key hide away.
I liked all of it. Penestanan is more expensive than say, Nyuh Kuning, where motorbike hire, for example is half the price.

Accommodation was not clean on arrival had to ask for mid stay clean and more toilet paper. Kitchen not cleaned.

A lot of things mentioned in facility information that was supposed to be supplied wasn't in the rooms/kitchen, such as microwave etc.

Close to everything for a short stay. Lovely gardens. Big rooms. When the shower didn’t work in one room they changed us to another room. There was a spa on site for massages etc.
The room was not serviced during our 7 day stay. No bathmat or flannel. The towels smelled very unpleasant. Had to ask for toilet paper. Nowhere to put away clothes in my room. Very disappointed. The property has gone downhill since my last stay.
