After lugging our cases up 1 flight of stairs from the carpark (no lift) we struggled to find reception. The rooms are very tired and in need of refurbishment. Not all areas adequately cleaned. I would expect the tariff to be half what it was although breakfast was good. Definitely would recommend looking elsewhere.

การบริการมาตราฐาน ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะดวกเนื่องจากเป็นกระจกฝ้า สามารถมองเห็นข้างในได้ชัดเจนอยู่ ไม่ค่อยชอบเนื่องจากมีผู้ใหญ่ไปพักด้วย ควรปรับปรุงด่วน เนื่องจากคิดว่าคงไม่ไปพักอีก ถ้าเป็นเหมือนเดิม คำแนะนำคือ น่าจะมีผ้าม่านรูดปิดก้อยังดีค่ะ

The sez hotel was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To start, the key card never worked more than twice to enter room, had to get a new key almost every time I left my room. Then the door long on balcony door was completely broken. Ordered pesto pasta from room service and it was literally just salt Oliver oil butter and a sprinkle of pasta. Then I'm the second night, a electric socket blew up at 2 in the morning waking me up, cutting out the electricity and we were forced to switch rooms in the middle of the night, and were out into a room that was just painted, the fresh paint smell was unbeatable. Then in that room the light switches were behind the bed, it took us nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to turn them off. There so many other problems it's hard to think of them all, and the hotel took zero responsibility for all the problems and offers no compensation despite all the issues. The hotel offered us a "upgraded room" but that was at 7pm the night before we checked out. Finally upon checking out the hotel staff insisted I stole their laundry bag and chatted me 200 baht to replace it. Absolutely horrible service in a awful hotel. You can get a much better hotel for half the price anywhere in banhsaen. Oh yeah, the room service we ordered on the first night of a 4 night stay, the tray was still in the hallway when we left to check our. I would not stay here again even if smoke payed me too and neither should anyone else. Seriously THE WORST HOTEL EVER

มีโอกาสได้ไปพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สอง ก็ยังคงประทับใจห้องพัก ห้องนอนกว้างขวาง ห้องน้ำมีดีไซด์เก๋ ถ้าไม่ซีเรียสเรื่องวิวก็โอเคค่ะ อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ แต่รอบนี้สระว่ายน้ำสกปรกไปหน่อย แต่ถ้ามองภาพรวมที่นี่ก้อโอเคเลยคะ

โรงแรมมีที่ตั้งที่สะดวกสบายในการเดินทางไปยังสถานที่อื่นๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทะเล ร้านอาหาร ตลาด พนักงานต้อนรับชาย ให้บริการดี

โรงแรมติดชายหาด ใกล้ 7-11 ใกล้แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง ไม่ไกลจากมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยรวมดีค่ะ

This is a lovely hotel which looks brand new. Quiet yet very nice hotel, good service and right on the beach. Bang Saen is a great place with long beach and good shopping in town and 2 good markets. I hope to come back here again.

Ett fint hotell som låg lite avsides på änden av bangsean beach, blev lite lurad pga av dålig placering på kartan. Annars ok att bo och sova men fick ta taxi eller minibuss om man ska äta mm

The hotel rooms are clean and very good for the value. It is located across from the beach, but the city is in the middle of building a walkway along the beach, so you cannot access the beach directly (you have to walk a few minutes to the sandy area).

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Very enjoyable stay overall.

การเช็คอินสะดวกสบาย ไม่ยุ่งยาก ห้องพักเป็นแบบผสมผสาน วิวสบายตา อาหารเช้ารสชาติถือว่าอร่อยและคุ้มค่ากับราคา ห้องพัก

ติดทะเล ใกล้ตลาดย่านคนเดินกลางคืนแหล่มแท่น ร้านอาหารกลางคืนก็เยอะ อาหารเช้าเป็นเซ็ตแต่ขอได้ไม่อั้นเท่าที่เรากินได้

โดยรวมดี อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดนิดนึงค่ะ ในห้องน้ำตามร่องกระเบื้องเริ่มมีเชื้อรามาเกาะแล้ว ตรงช่องเก็บแอร์บริเวณบนตู้เสื้อผ้าถ้าเงยหน้าขึ้นไปมองถึงกับสยอง ฝุ่นและหยากไย้เยอะมาก ปรับปรุงแค่เรื่องนี้ก็เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมไปเลยค่ะ
