I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel.

They gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the road, with windows facing directly onto the street. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe staying in that room. I politely asked the staff if it would be possible to move me to a higher floor. I even offered to pay extra for the change, but they refused and said it was not possible.

Because I did not feel comfortable or safe, I decided to leave the hotel. They also refused to refund my payment.

Later I realized that I had forgotten my phone charger in the room and went back to collect it. Only then did the staff suddenly offer to upgrade me to a room on the third floor. However, by that time I had already booked another hotel and paid additional money to stay elsewhere, so the offer was too late.

The service was very disappointing and the staff were not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги.

Номера чистые и аккуратные, персонал приветливый, заселение прошло быстро и без проблем.

Отель расположен в отличной локации — в пешей доступности от популярных мест, таких как Lolita, Stamba, Rooms и многих кафе и ресторанов.

Cons:

Единственный момент, который стоит учитывать: я бронировала более дорогой номер из-за балкона, однако по факту это французский балкон, который выглядит одинаково во всех номерах и на который нельзя выйти. Поэтому если вы рассматриваете более дорогую категорию номера только из-за балкона, имейте в виду, что разницы с обычными номерами нет.

В остальном это хороший отель с отличным расположением и хорошим соотношением цена-качество.

Pros:

Breakfast, ok, but more like a 3*, room was clean, and quite alright. But if you want a quiet room, I think that is not possible in this hotel, since you can hear all the time when someone uses the elevator, or when the guests in the room next door are snoring, you can hear it through the walls, since they seem to be made out of paper. But I guess, that's why the room is pretty cheap??

absolutely no insulation of noise from the other rooms, or from the elevator

Cogería este hotel una y otra vez solo por disfrutar de ese desayuno con vistas
Pros:

El desayuno del buffet simplemente espectacular, he viajado en más de 40 hoteles últimamente y sin duda el desayuno más top donde he estado, completo no solo por la variedad y calidad de los productos ( saludables ) si no por las vistas.
Es cierto que las habitaciones son antiguas pero tenía una gran terraza que en una época de buen tiempo es un extra muy positivo.
Si para ti es importante comer bien te recomiendo este hotel 100%
