Pros:

Plau Am See is a really nice place to begin with. Spa is included in room price. Friendly staff and really clean hotel. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Free parking.

Cons:

Egg and bacon was empty when arriving to breakfast 0900. Staff refilled it later so no problem really.

Freundliches Personal , Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt .

Cons:

Frühstück war ausreichend aber immer gleiche Wurst, Käse im Angebot 🙄 kein Automatenkaffee 😮‍💨

Die Lage war super. PERSONAL WAR AUCH SEHR zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das man die Flasche Wasser bei der Ankunft bezahlen soll. Und nicht Alls Begrüßung kostenlos ist..Bademantel 3€, und noch eine Caution hinterlegen.

Pros:

Schönes Bad ..und Liegewiesen..alle gepflegt ..

Cons:

Zimmer war klein ,Balkon eher ein grösser austritt. Zimmer und Bad nicht gut mit guter Belüftng ....es fehlen Fliegenergitter auch am Balkon dadurch kan man nicht gut lüften .

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit kleinen Mängel
Pros:

Das Personal (alle ) war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, genügend Parkplätze,

Cons:

Keine Verdunklung im Zimmer möglich, Auf dem Balkon sitzt man neben alten und schmutzigen Dachziegeln,
Das ist unangenehm.

2 Tage am Klüschenberg
Pros:

Da dies unser zweiter Aufenthalt war, hatten wir die Hoffnung auf zwei schöne Tage an einem bekannten Ort.

Cons:

Schon die Begrüßung fanden wir seltsam. Als regelmäßig Reisende finden wir es schön, wenn man uns mit Worten wie: "Wir freuen uns, dass sie wieder bei uns sind." empfangen werden.
Dieses Mal mussten wir darauf hinweisen, man glaubte uns so weit, dass man dies im Computer überprüft hat. Das barrierefreie Zimmer befand sich ohne Aufzug durch Zugang über eine steile Treppe im Obergeschoss. Wir mussten Hygieneartikel nachordern, und einen zweiten Zimmerschlüssel organisieren. Das WLAN hat dauerhaft nur mit Aussetzern funktioniert. Darum ist unsere Bewertung dieses Mal nur Mittelmäßig und wir werden einen dritten Besuch gründlich überdenken.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Zimmer war ok . Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer,so das man die erste Nacht nicht wirklich schlafen konnte . Im Bad war leider sehr viel Staub.
Das Essen und Frühstück sind wirklich hervorragend.
