Pros:

Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno in questo albergo ed ormai mi sento come in famiglia. Personale sempre predisposto ad aiutarmi ed a rispondere velocemente alle mie richieste. ( A volte so essere veramente esigente ) Ambiente pulito e comodo e soprattutto accogliente.

An exceptional stay in Florence, highly recommended and we would definitely return.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the first moment. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, quiet, and relaxing.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
