Standort, sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht
am letzten Tag waren Ameisen in der Wohnung. Beim Check in lies sich die Tür mit dem Code nicht öffnen.
Ottima struttura a 100 metri dalla fermata del tram T2 per l'aeroporto. Silenziosa e tranquilla. Buona la pulizia e comodissimo il giardino. Le foto sul sito non corrispondono alla struttura ma comunque sono stata benissimo. Personale veramente gentile
The hotel was clean, which we really appreciated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the location is a bit outside the city center, we were still able to reach most places on foot without much difficulty.
It’s worth noting that this is not a traditional hotel. It felt more like an apartment-style accommodation with a shared open kitchen, and there is no receptionist available in the evening and at night.
On the downside, the sound insulation in the rooms could be improved. Since the kitchen is located in a central area, noise can be heard even during breakfast preparation at the very early hours of the day. We also found the breakfast to be somewhat limited.
Overall, considering the price-performance ratio, it can be regarded as a nice option.
O alojamento é bastante perto do centro, tanto podemos ir a pé (15mins) como de transportes (há autocarro e metro de superfície). Para além disso, há vários cafés e restaurantes nos arredores, o que também foi ótimo. O staff foi muito atencioso connosco desde o início até ao fim. Permitiu-nos deixar as nossas malas no alojamento, após o check out, sem qualquer custo. Para além disso, quando fomos buscar as malas, deixaram-nos utilizar a wc, sem problema. Sobre o quarto em si, superou as expectativas. Era um quarto simples, mas bastante espaçoso e com uma boa área de casa de banho. Recomendo este alojamento!
As portas da estrada para o quarto e wc rangiam um pouco. De resto nada a apontar.
Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε απόσταση 700 μέτρα με τα πόδια από το πανέμορφο κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας. Έξω ακριβώς από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει τραμ για όσους δεν θέλουν να περπατήσουν καθόλου. Το πάρκινγκ στη Φλωρεντία είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο, αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης μας βρήκε πάρκινγκ ο ίδιος, μας πήγε εκεί να το αφήσουμε και μας επέστρεψε στο κατάλυμα! Για ότι χρειάστηκαμε ήταν εκεί, ενώ το δωμάτιο καθαρίζονταν σε καθημερινή βάση. Το στρώμα του δωματίου εξαιρετικό και πολύ ξεκούραστο.
La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable. La chambre était très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours, ainsi que le changement des draps et linge de toilette. La salle de bain est moderne et très bien équipée.
Une jolie fresque ancienne orne le plafond !
La chambre donnait sur la rue mais grâce au double vitrage, il n' y a pas de bruit la nuit.
J'ai pu arriver à 22h30 et grâce au code, j'ai pu entrer dans l'hôtel, les clés m'attendaient !
J'ai apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel: en 20 minutes à pied, on peut visiter tout le centre historique.
L'hôtel est prôche d'une station de tram ( Poliziano Lavagnini) ce qui est trés pratique pour rejoindre l'aéroport, la gare, ou la gare routière de Villa Costanza.
L' hôtel est également prôche de la place Libertat où on peut prendre le bus ligne7 pour rejoindre Fiesole, et faire une escapade pour découvrir un très beau village, la campagne toscane et une vue magnifique sur Florence!
Je conseille vraiment cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité - prix!
Le quartier est trés sûr, le boulevard bien éclairé la nuit.
Il y a le très beau café Lietta pour prendre son petit déjeuner, une alimentation à 5 min, une sandwicherie, 2 restaurants ...
L'hôtel n'est pas indiqué de la rue, il y a juste une plaque dorée, discrète, qui le signale. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à trouver une enseigne lumineuse !
Pendant le séjour, je n'ai pas vu de personne à l'accueil, seulement une fois , un charmant monsieur m'a accueilli.

Posizione strategica e comoda per arrivare in auto e per poi raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti a piedi. Ambiente molto pulito e tranquillo e staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Non avrebbe guastato qualche appendino in più (sia nell'armadio che nella stanza). Inoltre, il telefono della doccia era instabile.
