We have a limited number of ground floor rooms which are outside main building.

Food is available in Treetops Bar between 12pm and 8.30pm.

Comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Selection was good at breakfast.
Same for dinner.
I would have preferred my room to be in the main part of the hotel although my room was very comprtable.
Good parking.

Good one night stay at older property

Older property undergoing renovations, no AC but did provide a fan, no lift so be prepared for stairs

inacceptable, vu le prix, de louer des chambres au dessus des compresseurs de l'hôtel

C'est bien qu'on ne soit resté qu'une nuit pour aller à l'aéroport le lendemain

Cons:

Les chambres au 1er étage au fond à gauche de l'hôtel, dont la numéro 14, sont à refuser. Elles se situent au dessus des compresseurs des frigos et de la machinerie de l'Hôtel. De fait le bruit est vraiment infernal jusqu'à plus de minuit et reprend vers 5 heure du matin. Nous suggérons au manageur de tenter lui-même de passer une nuit dans une de ces chambres pour mieux apprécier le problème s'il devait feindre de ne rien comprendre.

Friendly and welcoming staff both at the reception and at breakfast.
Lovely large bathroom.
Bus stop outside the hotel - very handy to travel to Helix Park.

Cons:

Room very dated - wallpapers, carpets, curtains.
A weird layout of the room with a settee facing... door.
Breakfast was ok but it felt kinda dated too. Sliced bread in a plastic bag for people to help themselves just didn't feel right. Only fruit yoghurt, it would be nice to see natural one too. Some juices but no water available to drink. We asked for water.

Accueil très agréable à la réception
Chambre ancienne mais propre. Mobilier ancien et abîmé (démodé). Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel. Assez calme mais nous entendions tout de même les voitures circuler sur la route devant l'hôtel.
OK pour une nuit avant de prendre l'avion le lendemain matin.

The staff are fantastic here go above and beyond to help , the place is nice beds are comfortable

The shower wasnt fitted correctly making getting a shower hard work you had to hold the shower head as the fitting wasn't a correct one .
