Pros:

This place doesn't offer a modern feel, BUT it offers exceptional customer service. The front desk staff was SO NICE and courteous. I booked 2 rooms and upon arrival, I asked for the rooms to be close together, my request was granted. The rooms were clean and more than acceptable for an overnight stay.

Cons:

I do not have any negative comment to make because I did receive more than what I bargained for the pricing. I believe customer service is everything, and this certainly makes up for the lack of fanciness of the facility.

Excellent value for a very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

It was a very sweet stay - perfect for our 1st few days in France. It's not fancy, but simple and friendly, adequate and pleasant for a place to stay near Aix Old Town with parking and a charging station for our electric car. The rooms were well air conditioned (you could adjust it) and the breakfast was homemade, fresh and tasty.

Cons:

We were fine with the size of the room because we don't require much space or spend much time inside. However, some may want larger accommodations. Also, the lighting was kind of dim.

Cons:

Immer gleiches Frühstück, teilweise fehlten Teller da Rest gespült wird! Teppichboden muss dringend getauscht werden.

Pros:

A modest, but very clean and comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly staff at check-in and very comfortable bed. An easy 10-minute walk to the town center. Parking is available for free if you luck into a spot in the small lot out front or for 12 euro/night in their secure garage.
