Hotel Bolero

We just returned from a week in Biograd where we (two adults, three young teens) stayed at the Hotel Bolero for 7 nights. The property is very well managed, clean, and freshly renovated. The two rooms (one with and one without balcony) were spacious, clean, with great AC. The pool area was also spotless and beautiful. The hotel is located 8 minutes walking distance from the beach Bosana and a few minutes walk from the center and harbor. We booked the breakfast buffet and the food was good with ample selection, however the coffee was quite bad. Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again.

Dreadfull experience. The bigest problem is the hygene. The bathroom, the main room and the hall was dirty. I was afraid to put my bag's and other staff in the room cause of really bad hygeine.

Avoid the place. Safe rhe money and find some more better place to stay

Terrible experience vacationing in Biograd na Moru-hotel Bolero.
The room was dirty, lots of stains on the floor and on decorative pillows. Stains looked like bodily fluids (see pictures). The shower curtain was barely hanging on, tho owners solution for keeping it on the wall was toilet paper (see picture).
The owners didn’t want to solve these issues.
The maid didn’t clean glasses in the room and the lady in front desk suggested i can clean them myself.
The phone in the room is ancient and falling apart-so calling room service is out, even though they advertise that.
Breakfast is on of the worse i’ve ever seen. Eggs over cooked, over salted, no fruit, 1 vegetable to choose from (tomatoes), only 1 kind of tea prepared in advance (no choices), only instant coffe, only 3 kinds of salami,...
Internet is practically not working. You have to log in every few minutes and speed is laughable.
Staff does not care. Only 1 young girl was nice and tried to help. The older lady in front desk just doesn’t care.
They charge 4€ for hotel parking (on hotel property), parking has no shade and no protection from elements.
1 left 1 day early even though I payed the extra day and no one even asked me why I left. The only comment was they wont refund me (by the way I never asked them for refund my money).
If you want a great time don't go there. The city is nice, beach ok, there are many other hotels to choose from.
People save vacation time for the whole year and to spend that time there is a crime.
I’ve never seen so poorly run “family” hotel.

I don’t really write bad reviews, but this needed to be said.

I hope the hotel reads this and does something about it. When i was there they showed no interest in me as a guest or what to do to make my experience better. I treated them with respect and got nothing in return. The older lady in front desk does not even say hello when she sees you. She is not someone who should be working with people.

Small family hotel. The swimming pool is suitable for the size of the hotel, at least as well. Friendly but untroubled staff, the food is homogeneous, the sea is far away.Rooms are OK. The street where the hotel is quite busy day and night at night.

Overall experience was quite nice, but there is some room for improvement. Rooms are OK but bed matres are a bit used - you can feel springs while laying down. Bathroom could also be better cleaned. Windows are old and don't absorb much noise from the busy road. Our room had sealed door facing neighbour room through which you can hear TV or showering of others. Most food was very salty and greasy, there were very little options for me as a vegan. WiFi worked, but required to re-login sometimes even every few minutes, which was annoying to me; luckily I had good cell service for low price. Their website was hacked and redirected to some strange popup frenzy page.

The food was excellent, the staff in the kitchen and bar very friendly, maids also.
Reception staff a bit less friendly.
The room was quite bad. Carpets old and damaged. Couch had a hole in the seat. Bathroom in poor condition.
The hotel does not offer the option tag "do not disturb", maid enter no matter what is not their fault but management. wi fi was a disaster.
Pool was excellent, clean. stay at the end was pretty ok, but there is a lot of room for improvement especially on the kindness of staff reception and quality of rooms.

Overall this hotel is amazing! The service is beyond excellent. I can't wait for my next trip back to Biograd na/Moru with my friends. We will definitely be staying here..

mais la clientèle est essentiellement familiale donc il faut aimer les enfants qui plongent alors que c'est interdit, les jeux de ballon alors que c'est interdit ... qui monopolisent les transats ...

This hotel is just outside the city, maybe 3-4 blocks away from the old part of town and marina. We had a quiet room on the 1st floor up. The room was a decent size, with air conditioning. It was dark, tho, despite having a balcony. The room and bathroom need remodeling, but the furniture seemed okay (university student style). The bed was European firm, and the pillows were European soft. The water pressure was good, but the shower was small and flooded the bathroom floor, due to a small shower curtain. There is a swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, which is NICE, but it faces a busy street, which made it noisy with buses and trucks going by. There is a cafe/bar area near the swimming pool which is great to watch the kids as they play. There is a lift and a ramp for easy access to the hotel. Parking was with a small fee, which was disappointing. It is in a small lot behind a mechanical arm, facing the busy street so not "secure". Wifi was included and worked the whole time we were there. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Served buffet style there were the typical cold sliced meats/cheeses, but just a few options, there was a option for what looked like french toast, but no syrup and they were cold/hard/dry. The coffee came from a machine and was not very good either. It was an okay stay, but if I was in town and didn't want/need a swimming pool, I would look elsewhere.

I spent a few very relaxing days in this hotel with my company and I especially commend the quality of the staff. Very nice and warm people who care about their work and that the customer always comes first. The food is very tasty and varied menu. We particularly liked the trip to Kornati.

Beautiful family hotel just a few minutes walk to the beach.
The food is too good, they have different food for all ages. Chef is a master of his work.
The staff is very friendly, they helped us about trips ( to Kornati ) and city ​​sights.
The whole family is engaged in hotel and they are available at any time and very kind and friendly.
The rooms are clean and quiet, maids are trying very hard to keep everything clean.
My family recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful family hotel.
