Decent stay with limited dinner
Pros:

The location was nice and nearby the temple but secluded with enough parking spaces

Cons:

Booked with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner closes at 9 pm and the food was mostly empty dishes. Go only for room if you are going here.

Won't be visiting Rameswaram again
Pros:

The hotel was located a little outside the madness of the town centre. There is a bit of 'beach' in front of the hotel which might have been paradise had it not been for the garbage and unpicked refuse that festooned the entire place, much like the rest of Rameswaram. The town roads are terrible.

Cons:

The sewage system in the town is broken. The stench of raw sewage at the back of the hotel where cars are parked is awful to say the least. The smell of sewage rises into all the toilets through the effluent plumbing. This is completely off putting, particularly when Indian tourists can, and do, travel to south east Asia these days for amazing holidays
