Un soggiorno sublime
Pros:

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti in questo grazioso hotel di montagna, dove la gentilezza dei proprietari e la professionalità dello staff ci ha permesso di vivere un soggiorno meraviglioso. La nostra stanza era dotata di un balconcino con vista montagna. La colazione a buffet ottima ed abbondante. La cena altrettanto ottima (il menù varia ogni giorno con specialità locali) con antipasti a buffet, primo, secondo e dessert (bevande escluse da saldare al check out). abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia al costo di €20 ed abbiamo ritrovato la nostra biancheria profumata e ripiegata in camera, dopo meno di 24 ore! Per concludere l’hotel è dotato di una piccola piscina interna con sauna e bagno turco per rilassarsi.
Torneremo in questo hotel.

Se devo trovare due piccoli difetti:
La nostra stanza non era dotata di un frigorifero, ed avendo pernottato ad Agosto è capitato di aver bisogno di acqua fresca anche durante la notte. Abbiamo comprato quindi l’acqua al bar all’occorrenza.
La nostra stanza non era climatizzata.
In compenso fuori dall’hotel c’è una fontanella di acqua potabile e fresca.

Pros:

The room was perfect, with a glass door leading to a wooden balcony. Timber decking and thick wooden beams holding up the roof. All rooms have a balcony, looking out over the stunning scenery. We have a perfect view of Mount Paganella not far from our balcony. Sheer cliffs rising up hundreds of meters to the top, where the top of the ski lift resides. We could both clearly see a fox’s face in the rock formation. Once you see it you can’t unsee it. There was a very large double bed in the room, with the most comfortable pillows. Plenty of storage and an en-suite with sink, WC, bidet and a shower and bath. The balcony comes with a small circular iron table and two iron chairs.
The next morning, we went ‘up’ for breakfast. We were greeted by Tatiania who asked would we like bacon and eggs. We said yes of course. The dining area is large and clean with tablecloths on all tables. There are two balconies to the dining area with tables and chairs looking out at Mount Paganella. The breakfast consisted of lots of pastries, breads, pancakes, fruit, cereals and meats. A coffee machine and various juices. The fried eggs and bacon were brought to us by Jackem (sorry name probably spelt incorrectly). Jackem was amazing. Full of life and very friendly to everyone. He was so helpful and almost instinctively knew what a customer wants before they ask. He brought a really cheerful atmosphere to the dining room and we both agreed that he would make a great hotel manager. When he lifted out empty bowls, he asked did we want a ‘refill’. Of course, we said yes as it was so delicious. He apologised that his English wasn’t great, but he was able to communicate with us easily.
On our second evening, we had the evening meal in the dining area, and they seated us at a table on the balcony. Just perfect. The meal consisted of a large buffet spread to start with. Salads, rice of various types, beans, little wraps, eggs etc. Something for everyone.

Location perfetta per persone che amano la tranquillità ed un trattamento più che fantastico
Proprietari gentilissimi e ragazzi dello staff eccezionali
E che dire del cibo?
Superlativo!!
Camere grandi e pulite.
Prima esperienza in montagna per me e mia moglie ma che sicuramente ripeteremo l'anno prossimo e senza ombra di dubbio all'hotel Arcobaleno!!

Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e la posizione top, molto vicino agli impianti di risalita che volendo si possono raggiungere anche a piedi. Buona la colazione e anche la camera, ristrutturata di recente, molto piacevole.

Cons:

Unica pecca forse l’insonorizzazione, essendo una zona molto frequentata da famiglie con bambini spesso ci è capitato di sentire rumore, però comunque sopportabile considerando tutti i pro della struttura.

Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel molto curato, camere grandi e letto comodissimo. Vista spettacolare sulle montagne dalla finestra! Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia con prodotti locali. Abbiamo approfittato della possibilità di cenare al ristorante e tutto molto buono!
Posizione sulla strada e comoda per raggiungere gli impianti.

Cons:

Prezzo un po’ alto e garage e servizi come spa tutto a pagamento.

Cons:

Dalle immagini della struttura si vedono zone e stanze rinnovate molto belle e in ottimo stile trentino di alto livello, ma purtroppo la ns stanza era uno di quelle non rinnovate, molto vecchia e anche con cattivo odore probabilmente dovuto agli anni e alla presenza (ancora..) della moquette… consiglio di verificare bene che stanza si sta bloccando in fase di prenotazione per non rimanere delusi e alla struttura di completare quanto prima la ristrutturazione completa della struttura
