The hotel was an eye sore. Dirty, with used dishes in the lobby area. The bathroom amenities were poor. The aircondition was leaking and dusty. Half toildt paper left in tje bathroom. Toilet seat was broken. This hotel is has a negative rating and should not be anywhere around the international airpprt.

Hotel was clean and nice staff but they need to shut down their restaurant if they can’t handle operations properly. I was debited three times on my bank app after I had paid with another one and it is taking GrandVenice forever to refund my money. No response to my emails and each time I call, I am told to call back. I’m very displeased with this service and I won’t be staying there when next I’m in Nigeria. Every other thing was fine, great service from James and the other lady at the reception who wears glasses. The rest need more training on hospitality and customer service.

It was small duty room. Cockroaches. Small hard bed with hard bed. Would not give us both free breakfast. Only one. Want us to pay. Never go there again!!!

For an Executive Suite, it left a lot to be desired. The room was a total plain jane and not big enough for more than 2 people, it was just a double room. The bathroom did not look clean, toilet seat and sink tab was broken. Shower cubicle doesn't have a door either and they only had 1 small towel in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was decent and aircon in the room worked. Fridge in the room was empty, not even a bottle of water but i guess it's an apartment and not an hotel. All in all, the status of their executive room left me wondering what their standard would look like. Would i stay here again? Maybe but i would have to demand a room that has no broken toilet and clean bathroom.
