We have made repeated visits and love it
Pros:

It's historic and right in the center of a terrific resort town.

Fantastic location and comfortable, clean stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was big, clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view! The staff at check in was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The window air conditioner was loud! There was a dining room/restaurant on site, but they were not open for breakfast which was disappointing because it was very difficult to find something open for coffee/breakfast.

Pros:

Beautiful old property, good parking. Bed was very soft. Music carried up from the lounge area until 10:30 PM!

It's a nice place in a very touristy spot.
Pros:

It's a little funky because it's an old hotel, but I like that about it. The rooms were gussied up sufficiently.

Cons:

The lobster roll I had for dinner was a little on the skimpy side, but the chowder was good.

Maybe other rooms in better shape but we were very disappointed in quality of room for the price
Pros:

The staff were friendly and you could tell the room was cleaned well by staff to best they could, but room needs some fixes.

Cons:

Room desperately needs a lot of touch ups and fixes - holes around tub need covered up, ceiling paint peeling off, register cover missing piece, ac barely cooled room. There is a bad smell in the parking area.

Pros:

L'emplacement. L'accueil des employés.

Cons:

Eau chaude changeante dans la douche. Moissisusre dans la douche. Fenêtres à changer dans la chambre. Cela prend plus qu'un coup de pinceau pour rendre la chambre agréable!

Pros:

What a find. Inexpensive, right in the heart of St Andrew’s. Staff could not be more accommodating. Shout out to server Lydia and Housekeeping, led by Dolores were super helpful and accommodating. Even the owner, never got a name, was kind and helpful. 10/10

Idéalement situé, personnel très disponible, employées absolument parfaites et super gentilles. Nous avons eu un surclassement, très apprécié. Pas cher je crois pour cette ville mais vieil immeuble qui n'a pas été rafraîchit depuis quelques années. En revanche, très propre, confortable. C'est vraiment un 3 étoiles. Nous sommes quand même très satisfaits. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer le resto mais il était toujours plein. Stationnement vraiment apprécié.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot et décrépi. Le tapis et les meubles datent quand même pas mal.

Very positive memorable stay
Pros:

Very charming property, great location, super friendly staff. I easiest check-in I’ve experienced in many, many years of travel.
