Pros:

This Quaint hotel is in an excellent location and close walking distance to main attractions in Verona. The front desk staff, Leonardo, was exceptional and the friendliest front desk I have ever come across. He was genuine, sincere, and so helpful. He helped us with a walking itinerary which was excellent and answered all our questions. He made this hotel stay one of the most memorable ever. Thank you so much !!

Cons:

Room/beds could have been a little cozier/comfy. Breakfast was okay.

Family run. Wonderful service. Clean. was like staying at my parents home… clean comfortable and very friendly. Loving and kind staff. I visit my family every year in Verona and will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a very easy, enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

This is a beautiful little hotel perfectly situated within a short walking distance from both Verona Central Station and the cultural centre of Verona itself. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Beautifully and simply decorated and a wonderful array of freshly baked food choices for breakfast.
