Hay mucho eco en todo en hotel. Se escucha absolutamente todo. Me tocó con huéspedes irrespetuosos q estuvieron hasta altas horas cotorreando y carcajeando afuera de mi habitación sin importarles q habemos personas descansando. El joven de recepción poco amable. Todo el tiempo se escuchan máquinas. Para pasar 1 noche está bien pero deja mucho q desear

No vuelvo a ese hotel
Pros:

La habitación dejaba mucho que desear , solo pusieron 1 toalla de manos , para 3 huéspedes, solicité al segundo día que la cambiaran , y me respondieron que no era posible porque ya no estaba el área de lavandería , y tuve que insistir , solo así me dieron una toalla grande en lugar de la de manos . Había cucarachas en la habitación.

Resultó una experiencia agradable, las instalaciones muy limpias, las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas, el desayuno de su restaurante muy bien. Unicamente la alberca pues si estuvo fría el agua pero pasable. Lo mejor de todo fue su ubicación, muy cerca del centro, que era lo que buscábamos y súper bien que tuvieran estacionamiento. Definitivamente volveremos en nuestra próxima visita.

Resulta que estuve enviando mensajes para CANCELAR MI RESERVACION varias veces y nunca me contestaron en el Hotel me dijeron que tenia que cancelar por conducto de ustedes y nunca lo contestaron realmente muy desilusionante el servicio de EXPEDIA

El único inconveniente es que se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones. Me tocó que en la habitación de al lado despertaron a las 6 AM y todo se escuchaba, me despertó.
