Pros:

La posizione è davvero molto comoda, soprattutto considerando che l’hotel si trova fuori da Manhattan: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metropolitana e le fermate degli autobus sono praticamente davanti alla struttura.
Ho apprezzato anche il prezzo, che nel periodo del soggiorno era decisamente più vantaggioso rispetto alle soluzioni a Manhattan; tra tutte le opzioni disponibili, questa era una delle più convenienti.
Molto interessante anche il quartiere, completamente cinese, che mi ha permesso di vivere un’atmosfera autentica, scoprire attività commerciali e provare cibo locale.
La zona mi è sembrata inoltre sicura, avendo passeggiato sia di giorno che di sera senza problemi.
Infine, il personale della reception è stato disponibile e cortese: in particolare, l’ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli per alcune ore dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera era in condizioni molto scarse e poco pulita. A parte il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, non è stata effettuata una pulizia adeguata. Molti elementi della stanza, come la rubinetteria, erano vecchi, malridotti e in alcuni casi addirittura in fase di distacco.
Nella stanza non era presente alcun armadio, ma solo piccoli mobiletti aperti, senza ante, quindi poco funzionali.
La porta presentava fessure da cui entrava la luce durante la notte e, nel complesso, era presente anche un cattivo odore. L’intero hotel appare molto datato, decadente e mal gestito.
La colazione era praticamente inesistente: poche cose confezionate, senza alcun servizio o buffet reale.
In generale, la descrizione presente sul sito di prenotazione non rispecchiava affatto la realtà. Non è una struttura adatta a un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per una famiglia, ma può essere considerata solo come un appoggio per chi cerca un posto di fortuna dove passare una notte senza particolari esigenze di comfort e pulizia.
È decisamente al di sotto degli standard a cui siamo abituati in Europa.
Inoltre, all’arrivo è stata richiesta una cauzione di 100 dollari sulla carta di credito, informazione che non era chiaramente indicata in fase di prenotazione.

I loved how the staff were so nice and caring and offered me and my husband breakfast as we were checking out .

Cons:

El.dinero de garantía te retienen es algo inusual que un hotel te cobre garantía 100 US y no te devuelve, te cobran pero dice si que hay algun daño ya de antemano el.hotel tiene instalcion vieja pero despues te dicen se va a devolver no lo creo, deberian devolver o no cobrar muy mal.en ese aspecto en total te cobran como un hotel caro
