Teníamos una reserva confirmada un día antes y cuando estábamos llegando al alojamiento nos envía un mensaje diciendo que nos rechazaba la reserva porque no alquilaban por un sólo día en temporada siendo que en Booking me lo habían confirmado. Quedamos con toda la familia buscando alojamiento cuando ya lo teníamos confirmado.

Servicio acorde al precio, con excelente atención de la recepción, a mejorar sitema de ducha.
Pros:

La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, con excelentes recomendaciones y consejos para disfrutar la ciudad y el parque. El lugar está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar/actualizar el sistema de la ducha, le baja mucho al resto de los servicios del lugar.

I would come back
Pros:

It’s really spacious and has a kitchen and a fridge which was helpful. We felt comfortable and could relax. The owner is really nice and helped us to book the tickets for iguazu. In General it was nice stay

Cons:

It’s a tiny bit walking distance to the city, but it’s not a problem at all. Totally walkable and there’s a bug supermarket in the area.

Pros:

The place is competitively priced. In hindsight, we still feel the cost/benefit ratio is high. Not worth it.

Cons:

We are disappointed by this place. The apartment has chipped paints, damaged water marks on the walls, and primitive rickety furniture. The sheets were clean but worn. The shower water was lukewarm at best. The A/C units are loud. It is pretty far from the town center, a solid 15-minute walk to the bus station (town center) in a non-touristy neighborhood. We had to walk past appliance sales centers, car sale shops , graffiti-covered walls, with hardly any sidewalks to walk on. Unlike BA, Puerto Iguazu has no Uber so the location is a big hassle.

Great staff, very helpful.
The apartment itself was very big and I liked the fact that you can sit on the chair outdoors on the patio, read or have a drink and listen to all the birds cirping around.

Not so much hot water

Hotellin kunto erittäin huono. Vettä ei tullut huoneistoon. Piti vaihtaa huoneistoa myöhään illalla. VC:n lavuaari putosi lattialle. Makuuhuoneen lattialla pari senttiä vettä.

Após consultar a avaliação e nota, optei pela reserva nesta Apart e nos arrependemos pois a realidade é bem diferente e nos desagradou demais. O aspecto geral do apto é sujo e muito quente sem ventilação, com baratas descendo do forro, na cozinha não tem microondas e poucos utensílios para preparar refeição e muito menos fazer um café, pois não tem coador e garrafa térmica, O banheiro além de pequeno e sem janela parace uma sauna, banho somente de agua gelada. Outro fator na reserva diz que arrumação é diária, porém somente o fazem a cada 3 dias e a recepção sempre fechada. Desculpem pela minha sinceridade, mas avaliação tem que retratar a realidade.

La atención No tan buena...No nos habían puesto las toallas. ..Las pedimos ....En nuestra estadía de 4 días nunca las cambiaron. ...Nunca vinieron a limpiar...Dejo mucho que desear. .No lo elegiría nuevamente.

Very nice but bring a map!
Pros:

Once we got to Puerto Iguazú we couldn't find a taxi driver that was famíliar with the address. Once we found a spot with WiFi and pulled up a map, it was no problem. Don't have them take you to Hotel Carmen as that is a different place. I liked the location and it was gated, safe, and quiet. The apartment was as expected and comfortable for an overnight stay. No living room or couch, but we didn't need it. Air conditioning and refrigerator/freezer worked fine. I didn't try the stove. One down side was there were no bath towels in the room. We didn't request any and just dried off with a t-shirt. If I get a chance to go back to Puerto Iguazú, I will stay here again.
