They were unprofessional when we returned the room, making false promises. Only after much insistence did they refund our money for a room we couldn't stay in due to the lack of water

Hotel para adultos, pocas amenidades.

No hay mucho que rescatar, el personal fue atento.

La primera noche llegamos a la habitación 202 plagada de cucarachas, solicitamos cambio y nos dieron la 306, en la cual no funcionaba un abanico y el otro hacía mucho ruido, la piscina estaba llena de algas y era insalubre nadar allí, tuvimos un solo juego de paños en casi toda la estadía, son de tela poco confortable, cuando pedimos cambio lo hicieron, pero nos dieron una sabana para dormir rota. No hay teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción, si necesitaba algo debía bajar por las gradas desde el tercer piso para tocar el timbre que estaba fuera del edificio porque el personal regularmente no estaba en su lugar trabajo.

Pros:

Me gustó que está muy cerca la playa, solo que hay que bajar unos escalones, en auto te mueves fácilmente a otras playas o centro comercial, la zona es muy agradable y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.
