Pros:

It was infested with roaches. When I let management know she did absolutely nothing. I checked out the next day at my loss. I would never stay there again, even if I was paid a million dollars.

It was dirty. People was doing drugs outside. Clerk was not friendly. There was NO customer service. The sheets was dirty and I was refused to be able to receive clean sheets.

I’m only giving a review cause I’ve stayed here several times and there’s a housekeeper that’s very rude,loud,and disrespectful towards customers even yelling at her coworkers that’s my only problem here other than that everything else was great.

I had a lovely stay the rooms were free of roaches, smelled great and very clean. Over the last few months I’ve seen amazing changes here. I really appreciate the housekeeper Lulu she went out of her way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, Thank you

I chose to pay on site but when i got there they informed me that they don't except it like that so i had to call Expedia customer service, which was great service beyond what was the mosr helpful. Got that straightened out but the bext morning my room was raining lol. The people upstairs left the water eunning. They immediately put me in anouther room, which was good.

no remote, no lamp shade, curtains messed up, bad room. the chair is really old and dirty, I should have asked to see the room first, I am guessing not to many repeat customers, I hope everyone get a different room than what I ended up with, I will leave the lights on tonight
