Friendly staff and good breakfast!
Pros:

Convenient to visit Disneyland!
Not far from Haneda Airport.

Cons:

Only the spa facilities need to pay. I thought there were big public bath included with staying price but it was actually spa.

とにかくスタッフが素晴らしかった。

Cons:

小さい子供達が冷蔵庫を開け閉めして遊んでいたので、手の届かない場所にあるか、冷蔵庫が格納されている扉を施錠できたら良かった。

ゆっくりできた幸せな旅行
Pros:

凄くゆっくりできてよかった。
朝食が美味しかったし、子供がいたが自分たちのペースでいれたのが凄くよかった。
わからないことがあった時、入り口付近にいたスタッフさんの対応も凄くよかった☺️

Cons:

室内の椅子が少し汚く感じた。
2歳児もいたのでモノレールが見える部屋だと凄く嬉しかった。（昨年モノレールが見えて喜んでいたが、見えなくて少しショックだった。期待してたのもあったので。）

価格帯が安めなのにお風呂とトイレが別で洗い場があります。

Cons:

ATMは館内に欲しかったですが、隣のホテルにはありました。大した距離ではなかったので歩きました。

2部屋が中で行き来できるお部屋で、ニ世代でとても使いやすかった。
朝ごはんのバイキングもとてもおいしかった。
