Perfect weekend accommodation
Pros:

Perfect location to enjoy Mudgee and the staff were exceptional. Lovely to sit in the courtyard and with a few friends at the end of the day.

The location was great, staff friendly and rooms clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately our TV was not working. The hotel knew this before we checked in and failed to tell us. We had to call and find out if there was an issue.
It would not be repaired during our stay. Would've been nice to have know to make other plans.

Rooms were very light, perhaps an additional blind could be placed to block the light from entering.

It was absolutely amazing. The old school style. Sort of felt like an old school luxury hotel. It is close to everything.

Cons:

We could only stay for 1 night. Should’ve been 2.

Beautiful building, close to everything
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful historic building, and the rooms have high ceilings, period style furniture, and the bathroom was huge. It’s a lovely place to stay, and close to everything. The staff were unfailingly helpful and obliging. The aircon in our apartment wasn’t working, so they reduced the tariff and gave us heaters, which worked well, as the building was well insulated.

Cons:

My hairdryer blew up when I turned it on, there was no hairdryer in the apartment, and reception was closed. Everything else was great.
