Bella struttura, accogliente e pulita. Ottima la colazione. Gentile lo staff. Molti servizi disponibili (possibilità di noleggiare il motorino, transfer da e per l’aeroporto).

Cons:

Poco spazio per stendere nella camera al piano terra.

Un’ottima soluzione a Coron
Pros:

Ottima posizione e molto belli gli spazi comuni. Camera spaziosa. Ottimo il servizio di assistenza in portineria dove tutti sono stati sempre pronti ad organizzare tutto. Nel complesso, visto l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci ritornerei e lo consiglio.

Cons:

Il bagno e la camera non puliti bene. L’affaccio della camera e l’abbaiare dei cani vicini durante la notte. Qualità non eccellente della prima colazione anche se abbondante.

The hotel itself was simply fine, but the services booked through it were very poor.

The hotel is fine—simply fine. Everything is clean and ok but everything feels a bit on the old side including the service

Cons:

It is generally assumed that when you book services through a hotel where you are staying, the hotel ensures that those services are of good quality. That was not the case with Corto del Mar.

We booked an island hopping tour through them that left a lot to be desired, and in fact we were misled into a big extra paying for kayaks that turned out to be hardly necessary at all. We had specifically asked the hotel in advance whether there were any additional surprises or extra charges of this kind on the tour, and we were told there were none.

We then arranged an airport transfer through the hotel with a driver who was extremely reckless. We had spent four weeks traveling around Vietnam and the Philippines, using all kinds of vehicles and drivers, and this was the first time we truly felt afraid for our physical safety.

I must also add that I wrote to the hotel about this last incident, and three days later they have not even had the courtesy to reply.

Fantastic staff, rooms, pool and location
Pros:

Really lovely and comfortable rooms, amazing and very accommodating staff who allowed me a very late check out at a minimal charge when my return got cancelled, fantastic pool, 24hr room service and location bang in the middle of action. I’d definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff - beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Hotel was amazing - even better than anticipated! The staff were all so lovely and helpful and the pool area was great. Our bedroom was huge and breakfast was delicious!

Rideaux non occultants, petit-déjeuner moyen, pas de serviettes pour les mains dans la salle d'eau durant tout le séjour alors que la chambre en dessous en a eu tous les jours.
