nothing stands out
the back entry door is unlocked at all times
La climatisation était très bruyante et juste à côté du lit
Le petit déjeuner était compris mais 2 tables pour tout l’hôtel
Very clean & comforting room. The snacks were a pleasant touch.
Manager very helpful answering questions. Kind and polite. Room was nice. We were on backside. No noise. Proximity to concert hall excellent. Not a five star, but we were comfortable. Would return, no doubt. Thank you. 👍👍👍
Room was stuffy at first. Opened up door to let air circulate. And put fan on high. We believe someone had smoked. Did not take long to clear the air.
The property was maintained and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and all was clean.
Dirty room. Items in bathroom from previous guest
Room smelled like skunk the whole three days I was there. Turns out it was the result of pot smoking in nearby rooms. The door stuck and was difficult to open. The manager was unresponsive when I asked about changing rooms. When I told the woman at the front desk - I think it was the manager’s wife - about the terrible smell, she just said “yeah yeah yeah; people smoke pot in nearby rooms and it leaks in.” It was clear that she was just accepting the situation and would not be attempting to fix it.
Not much
The room they gave me smelled like skunk, likely due to pot smoke. When I reported this to the front desk when my stay was complete the woman just shrugged her shoulders, said “Yeah, yeah, yeah. People in other rooms smoke pot and it leaks in there.” It was clear that she just accepted it and had no intention of fixing the problem
Was a nice spot and room
The microwave was broken.
Location
Bed bugs!!
Location was decent-a few miles and a 5 minute drive from the lake
The facilities were horrible, shabby, old and outdated. The laminate floors in my room were peeling up and exposed the subfloor. The bathtub was stained. The sink drain was so slow, I couldn’t run the water to shave or brush my teeth. The door to the room had gaps at the bottom and up the side of it that were so large, sunlight and noise from the highway came through.
That I could walk to CMAC and that was all.
The fact that when I arrived from my lengthy drive he had told me he cancelled my reservation that I made MONTHS in advance and they were now full wasnt awesome. The fact that this man fought with me for 45 minutes and I was late to my concert that I purchased pit passes too also wasn’t cool. Then; when they finally said they’d cancel someone else’s room and I got to my “king size room I had paid for” there were two double beds, no smoke alarm with wires exposed, a cracked screen for the window that wouldn’t shut also wasn’t great.
