It was my first experience in the phillipines the staff was really good. I really enjoyed my visit here just the washroom could have been better specially the toilet flush. But the staff was really nice.I spent good time with my girlfriend here.

Pros:

I booked a hotel in advance through Booking.com, and the charge was applied to my credit card. We traveled from the province, which took us five hours. However, when we tried to check in, the hotel could not find our reservation. I had to wait an additional five hours for a solution and ended up paying again in cash!

It was a tiring day, and I had trouble sleeping, but they couldn't offer a refund. Instead, they offered an additional extended stay as compensation. However, we are unsure if we will visit the hotel again due to a lack of coordination. Overall, it was not a good experience for us.

Pros:

I believe some of the painted wall graphics was not in good taste. I also think they need to work on area's that needed some maintenance. The bed was very noisey and we could not get the water spigot to open in the shower. And the amenities list free bottled water. We showed them the list on Expedia and we got free water for two days. Then the receptionist made a phone call to management. Management told them that they do not provide free bottled water. That situation needs to be addressed.

JC - NOT HAPPY, WORST VERY. ITS MOTEL NOT HOTEL!

I asked him why???

JC - NO TOILET PAPERS, THERE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LINEN, TOWELS, NO WINDOWS, CONTINUOOS XXX FILMS, BEDDINGS AND TOWELS NOT CHANGED EVERY DAY. NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I JUST STAYED 2 NIGHTS (JC WAS BOOKED FROM OVT 28 AND DUE TO CHECK OUT NOV 2) AND CHECKED OUT ON THE 3RD DAY...

Hotel was fine friendly staff from the guard to the front desk. Room was okay with quick service. My expectations on the room is not high for this type of hotel although will appreciate if the bed is not leatherette

Pros:

Hotel has 24 hour policy meaning you can stay 24 hours crom the time you enter. Bathroom needs cleaning, just to spend 1 night for transit was ok, but not recommended with family. Its hourly hotel.
