夕食の配膳などはとても良い対応で全般に味も良かった。
残念ながら明らかに朝食の質が落ちた。以前はだし巻きなどが美味しかったがそれも無くなり、全般に質が落ちてとても残念で、あれではビジネスホテル並です。
チェックアウト後、以前なら車を係の方が建物の前まで移動してくれたがそれもやめたようだ。鍵を返されてご自分でどうぞになったようだがチェックインの時は係の方が車を移動してくれるのでどこに置かれたのかわからず雨の中、車を探した。来る時はウエルカムで帰りはご自由にお帰りくださいはいかがなものかと思う。泉質も良く、お部屋もゆったりして夕食も良いだけに残念です。

Few hot spring water, not crowded, and polite staffs
Pros:

Few-minute walk from the bus station is a plus point when one has luggages. Cleanliness was reasonable and staffs at lobby area were helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with few variety. Dinner which was served in the room was great. The staffs who came to the room to serve dinner were very polite and I felt very comfortable. Thank you very much for the good service. The onsen experience was great… they have few hot spring water with the temperature and benefits stated beside the bath and their website. It was not crowded with tourists and the onsen area with the sauna was clean and well maintained.

夜ごはんはお部屋で、朝は種類豊富なビュッフェ、お風呂も広くて良かったです。

温泉街に近く、チェックイン後に歩いて散策できる良い立地でした。

三時前にチェックイン出来たのは良かった
タトゥーの客がいて良くない、排除すべき
朝飯の長い行列が出来るシステムは非常に良くない、おかわりしにくい
3階の風呂に行くのに別エレベーターに乗るのが面倒で、ボタン反応悪い

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel.

Pros:

位於溫泉街嘅傳統溫泉酒店，步行去地獄谷都可以，一泊二食整體體驗唔錯
早餐係自助餐， 食物飲品都多選擇
晚餐係懷石料理，係房間內進食，食物豐富
溫泉方面，有食鹽泉、硫磺泉、鐵泉、混合泉等等，沖涼同換衫位置都整潔
另外有職員幫手泊車同取車，員工都十分有禮貌

如果再去登別，有機會都想再住呢間酒店

何度も訪れているお気に入りの宿でした。夕食は美味しく施設も落ち着いてのんびりしたい方にはとてもおすすめです。が、朝食の質が非常に残念だが格段に落ちていた。北海道の卵不足からなのか朝食で出していたその場で焼き上げる卵焼きが無くなっていた。虎杖浜産のタラコもなくなった。ホテルの方はわかっているはずです。カレーなども出していたがホテルの名前を付けてはいるが具材のないレトルトを出しているようにしか思えない。以前は品数はそれほど多くはないが質の良いものを提供していた。人手不足なのかコストカットなのかわからないが改悪と言わざるを得ない。元の朝食を知っている方がきたら確実にガッカリすると思う。物価高の影響なども理解出来るが改善されないようなら私はもう行かなくなるかもしれないです。

Pros:

Medium sized hotel with onsen. We arrived early & asked to store our luggage while we walked around town. Front desk staff initially was not friendly but warmed up considerably when they found our reservation. We had booked Japanese/Western room with breakfast & standard dinner included. Room was truly enormous (could easily fit a family of 4). Clean though there was an odd ladybug under the water cup in the drawer. A notice in the room explained this is a wilderness area & there may be a few insects about. Standard dinner was good (though not exceptional), very filling and served in room on tray. You choose your dinner time at check-in. Buffet breakfast had plenty of (mainly Japanese) options (including ice cream!). The large onsen had about 5 different pools indoors at varying temps including 1 with jacuzzi jets and 1 very small bath outside - this wasn't a scenic onsen. The onsen was consistently populated (though not overly crowded). The hotel allows onsen day-only visitors depending on anticipated use. Location is directly across street from bus stop (local bus from Noboribetsu JR and inter-city bus to Sapporo) - very convenient.
