Pictures do not represent the current state of the hotel. It is an excellent location if attending events at JIS, but it is old and not like the pictures anymore.

Loved everything. Good breakfast, big room but there was a wet foot smell in our room

I came with 3 kids to the hotel for a 3 nights transit in Jakarta. Was surprised there were several kids activity arranged during those days. Kids really enjoyed it. The hotel is also strategically situated close to Pondok Indah Mall and Cilandak Town Square avoiding long traffic jam when having some appointment with friends.

The Hotel Kristal is still one of my favorite places to stay. I've been traveling to Indonesia for work for over 20 years. For all my Jakarta trips, I stay at the Kristal. In the past it has been a bit of an icon for the expat community (Satu Lagi bar, close to JIS, etc). But overall there is a very relaxed vibe, good food, terrific staff, and excellent guest care that has made the hotel 'my home away from home' for all these years. The hotel is in need of a refresher, but it remains a very clean and good value hotel - for short or long stay; 3.5/5 Stars. It is in S.Jakarta but close to two MRT stations - so easy access to SCBD etc....and you avoid the dreaded traffic 'macet' of getting into central Jakarta. But where the hotel scores 5/5, is it's staff - always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special mention to some staff for being so kind and attentive over many years: the ladies in the Deli Cafe (Rini, Elsa, Kiki and Tri), front desk (Dwi and Bella), and front lobby (Indra, Taufik & Yusuf).
So, if you want a very good stay in Jakarta at a local hotel - give the Kristal a try.

Gd location

Great hotel with great staff. Wasn’t expecting too much for the price but it was perfect for my stay. Good internet, good pool, great breakfast, as good as most 5 star hotels but just a bit older and worn but not worn out. Loved the Satu Lagi bar for getting a drink and dinner.

This hotel has spacious room, good for family vacation and gathering. Even the studio room is bigger than mostly hotel room in the same category. Will always have Hotel Kristal in mind every time I need spaces for family and friends.
Service element was oke, but quite fast for peak check in check out period. Food at the restaurant was worth the price. I would prefer a la carte myself.

Love this place very nice for ghatering with family , friendly staff and helping and good price for buget , convenient to go anywhere .

Staying in this hotel with my family, is above expectation.Booking 2 bedroom suites is amazing.The room is huge & the equipment inside the room is very good (cutleries, plate, pan, water dispenser, etc). Room is very clean & all facilites inside the room working well without any problem.

Facilites for the kids also good.There is huge swimming pool, playground & game room.Make your kids happy.

I have to mention Mr Arief from reception is very attentive. He knows Im coming with my family & he trying find the room as soon as possible for us. We're coming around 13.10 (normal check in time is 15.00), but Mr Arief give us the room around 13.40. Really apreciate. Very rare find that kind of service in any other hotel.Bless for him.

Last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended for staycation with your family.Definitely will comeback to this hotel.

The first Room didn't to my expectations after I mentioned the issues to the reception, they offered to move to a better room which I accepted, the new room was satisfactory and accepted their apology. In the end, everybody is happy. Well done Kristal Hotel staff, certainly will stay there again. Thank you.

The size of the apartment was fine but it is tired and can use some renovation.

Best hotel in Jakarta with a excellent service all staff, starting from security at front then welcoming reception with they smile, Concierge ask to helping my baggage, swimming pool staff to offering towel, next time I'll back again, thank you so much

I’ve stayed at Hotel Kristal many times over the last 15 years. The staff are most friendly and accommodating and the pool and Satu Lagi Bar are great. I will stay there again if in Jakarta. If I could point out anything on the negative side, is the facility needs a facelift. My room, for example, was clean but clearly showed signs of wear and tear. Understandable given that COVID was such a setback to business. Note that WiFi was excellent the entire week I was there. Many thanks to hotel staff for a very pleasant stay.

We checked in the hotel and the rooms are fair but dated. Small TV Our blanket had blood on it and we called for a replacement Waited for an hour We went to the front desk and they said they were out of linen. They asked us is we wanted to change rooms but it was already 11pm. We gave them the brilliant idea to get the linens from another room. Finally after 2 hours we got a replacement. This is not a 4 star hotel. Should be 3

スタッフの対応等、親切で大変満足しています。出来れば部屋の(1810)冷蔵庫を更新して欲しい。・・・フリーザー機能が悪く、飲食物を凍らせることが出来ない。
