I Briganti di Capalbio

The staff was excellent and helpful, they went out of their way to help us find transportation. Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. Thank you Luca and staff.

Le client qui réserve une chambre sur Hotels.com donne ses coordonnées bancaires à cette plateforme, mais il règle en fin de compte son séjour à l'hôtel où sa chambre est réservée. Cela devrait être dit plus clairement. D'autant plus que cette réservation n'a semble-t-il pas été bien transmise ou identifiée par l'hôtel.
Sinon, il faudrait informer que pour arriver à cet hôtel, à plus de 6 km depuis la gare de Capalbio, il vaut mieux avoir réservé avant un taxi.
Mais cet hôtel est agréable et la possibilité de louer un vélo est un service appréciable.

Da migliorare: cuscini troppo sottili e materassi non comodissimi

Posizione tranquilla, non lontana dal mare e da bei posti come Capalbio, Argentario il Giardino dei Tarocchi. Personale molto gentile e pronti per le nostre richieste. Un posto dove ci si può sentire a casa. La struttura ha grandi potenzialità ma i bagni andrebbero rinnovati

Perfetto per chi vuole passare qualche giorno in spiaggia a Capalbio, dista meno di un chilometro, si può andare anche a piedi, personale cortese e disponibile

Bra hotell med supertrevlig personal, behöver ha bil och då finns mängder att se och göra i närområdet.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Um das Hotel liegt ein schöner Garten. Ein Biergarten läd zum Essen ein.

Soggiorno di una sola notte, purtroppo il tempo non ci ha concesso di usare la piscina, nel complesso siamo stati bene, la colazione è buona, la stanza semplice, a piano terra con finestra su muro prospiciente.....

E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo ,accoglienza ottima, personale squisito.Un plauso a tutto lo staff. ci auguriamo di tornare.

Camera singola piccola, senza balcone e con bagno piccolissimo, ma decorosa. Spiaggia distante 800 metri, scomoda la strada da fare a piedi, meglio affittare una bici (al bar a fianco). Meglio comunque avere la macchina, perchè l'hotel si trova su una strada non servita da mezzi pubblici e distante dal più vicino centro abitato.

Struttura essenziale e confortevole, discretamente vicina ad un mare ed una spiaggia incantevoli e per nulla affollati.

La stanza era vecchia e fatiscente. I mobili sono vecchi e assolutamente poco funzionali, l'armadio non si chiudeva nemmeno. Oltretutto la stanza era rumorosa, appena passava nel corridoio qualcuno si sentivano i rumori amplificati dall'eco.
Per un albergo con tariffe così alte si richiede certo un altro genere di servizio.

The place is very clean, fridge working fine, just TV was smaller than average Laptop screen. As it was an Italian bank holiday, was pretty noisy at night time, while during the day it was deserted as everybody was going to the sea (mostly local Italian tourists for the BH). The sea is not really reachable on foot as there is no physical space to walk along the road. The breakfast was ok, choice of sweet stuff and coffee on demand, just was never able to eat dinner as it was a pre-set menu (expensive and not of my liking). Pool was ok, not too deep, not too cold but also not extremely clean ... Wi-Fi was on and off, say in the middle of an online search had to restart ...

Idéalement situé pour visiter le jardin des Tarots de Nikki de Saint Phalle. Piscine agréable et chambre spacieuse. Personnel agréable RAS sauf petit dej car hors saison j'imagine

Hotel was actually closed for the season,but manager gave us 2 rooms on arrival when we made a booking on the road on our cycling trip. He also drove us to the nearest village so we could shop pizza and beers cause he had no staff to operate bar or restaurant. And he offered to make us breakfast,but we decided to leave early on our bikes next morning. All over exxelent service!

Personale altamente professionale e cordiale, gestione impeccabile e ambienti all'insegna della pulizia, del comfort e dello svago. Cucina ottima e vicina ad ogni esigenza.

The hotel is dated but has a positive charm the owners did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recomened
