Lovely!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. To our surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade without even asking, which made our visit even more special.

The Relais is a beautiful, historic building full of charm, and our room perfectly reflected its unique character and elegance.

The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely cared for and were always happy to help.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, offering a delicious selection of fresh, high-quality food in a pleasant atmosphere.

La stanza molto bella! Completa di tutti i confort.

Cons:

Non avere la possibilità di fare la colazione in struttura ma bensì fare circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'altro relais. Per poi ritornare per lavarsi i denti, etc. Sotto il sole di questo periodo (35 gradi) non e stato proprio il massimo!!! Ho notato che c'è il ristorante della struttura attaccato all'ingresso dell'abitazione. Forse si potrebbe organizzare lì una possibile colazione? 😉

We absolutely loved our stay. The old town was beautiful, and the hotel buildings had so much charm and character. Our room at Relais Il Mignano was much bigger than we expected, with two bathrooms and a lovely terrace — such a wonderful surprise! The room was cleaned daily and always kept spotless. We also really enjoyed the breakfast served in the main building; it was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. A truly memorable stay!

The staff and manager were truly exceptional and provided some of the best service we have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, every interaction made us feel valued and looked after — almost like VIP guests.

They were incredibly accommodating with our children, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including finding toys for us to use in the room and even arranging a beach umbrella for our day at the beach. These thoughtful gestures made such a difference and showed how much they genuinely cared about their guests.

The team had the perfect balance of being warm, helpful, and professional without ever being intrusive. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with anything made our stay even more special. We truly cannot thank the staff enough for making our experience so memorable.

1) arrivés à 16h15 à mignano hôtel .porte close .pas joignable.on a attendus au moins 20 mn pour que une jeune femme charmante au demeurant nous ouvre et nous aide .chambre à l'étage .escalier difficile .2) matelas correct . canapé sale et en mauvais état .espace pour se doucher très petit 3 ) petit déjeuner le lendemain matin au monastère .a 9h 30 .(Situé a 10mn a pied de notre lieu de nuit) .contenu petit déjeuner correct .MAIS à 10h précises on demande un deuxième café .et là une employée nous parle mal et n'accède pas à notre demande .. UNE HONTE... établissement qui n'a pas compris ce qu'est l hôtellerie et ses devoirs premiers .

j'ai payé pour une chambre dans un ancien monastère et cet établissement faisant parti d'un group m'a logé dans une chambre de bonne au dessus de la terrasse d'un restaurant (bonjour le calme) qui lui fait bien parti du groupe mais pas du monastère. On met en avant le monastère mais on vous loge dans la chambre de bonne. Après on m'explique que j'ai mal lu car tout est écrit. Bien sur.... L'arnaque totale. Avec en plus un cafard près de la salle de bain et une salle de bain interdite aux personnes corpulentes en raison de l'exiguïté pour se doucher. impossible d'avoir une autre chambre sauf çà doubler le prix initial aucun geste commercial.
Pour le petit déjeuner déjeuner nous avons eu de la chance car nous avons pu le prendre dans le monastère et non dans la cuisine du monastère. A éviter à tout prix

Nardo is a very nice place to visite. Away from mass tourism.
The young owner told us about the very interesting history of the old monestry. Thank you so much.

De locatie was top midden in de stad, de ontbijtruimte was prachtig, personeel was heel vriendelijk. Prijs-kwaliteit een topper.

Cons:

De kamer waar wij verbleven was heel gehorig en er is wel wat opfrissing nodig jammer dat ze voor zo’n gebouw er niet meer op letten want het is echt prachtig.

Attention cet hotel ne sert pas le petit déjeuner sur place mais à 700 mètres. Pas d'isolation. Personnel peu aimable limite désagréable. Literie très inconfortable. Un filet d'eau pour la douche.
Dommage, l'emplacement est bien. Mais je ne recommande pas.
