E' stata una bellissima sorpresa 😍non ero mai stata in un posto così bello 😍 indescrivibile...e' stata un emozione e un onore soggiornare in un posto così incantevole ...ero in estasi ...una maga ....anche lo Staff super gentili eccezionale tutto 👏👏👏

Karakteristiek fraai verblijf, dat ook het sobere karakter van een klooster heeft behouden.
Pros:

Ik verbleef in het klooster Relais Monastera Santa Teresa op verzoek van de accommodatie, dat is een fraai historisch pand. De kamer was ruim, had een balkon en een fraai gewelfd plafond met fresco’s.
Een bijzondere plaats om te overnachten.

Cons:

Hoewel het een bijzonder pand is, is het beslist niet luxueus. Ook in dat opzicht is het karakter van het klooster zichtbaar. De eerste verdieping is alleen via 40 traptreden te bereiken. De regendouche geeft een miezerig straaltje water. Het water loopt ook niet goed weg. Niet te voorkomen is dat het water de kamer in loopt. Het bed is - zoals in veel Italiaanse hotels - hard.

Heel bijzonder is dat de receptionist een foto met haar mobiel van mijn paspoort heeft gemaakt, toen ik dat zag stond ik erop dat zij dat verwijderde, en na uitleg van mijn kant, heeft zij ook de foto uit ‘haar verwijderde foto’s’ verwijderd.

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir le cœur historique de la ville.
Pros:

Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir été surclassé au relais Monastero Santa Teresa où a lieu le petit déjeuner. C’est un très bel endroit.

Cons:

Le seul bémol : la ventilation très très bruyante de la VMC de la salle de bain qui se déclenche uniquement lumière allumée.

Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel ! Helpen je overal mee en zijn enthousiast. Goed ontbijt. Locatie super fijn en het restaurant is top!

Nice hotel, but overall bad experience.
Pros:

The property is charming, however the premises are shared with a noisy restaurant that is not managed by the hotel and doesn’t respect quiet hours until after midnight. Up to 80 decibels music or clamour until midnight are admitted by local authorities, the hotel management does not disclose the information, nor negotiate anything better with the restaurant. Not a nice stay if you want to chill out.

Pros:

Bella struttura a Nardò che, insieme a altre, fa parte di un albergo diffuso, nel centro storico. Camera grande, essenziale ma pulita. Silenziosa e ben climatizzata. Alcune cose erano un po’ usurate ma nel complesso c’era tutto il necessario. Colazione buona e varia, servita in altra struttura. Nel cortile ci sono i tavoli del ristorante che però lasciano adeguata privacy. Parcheggio nelle stradine adiacenti alla ztl. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Cons:

Un po’ più di manutenzione per il mobilio, per il resto tutto molto bene.
