Been here quite a few times over the last few years the staff are always very friendly and polite the food is always good and hot :)
Not a lot i didn’t like except the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as previous times I’ve stayed
Everything about this hotel is Absolutely perfect ftom Front of House through to all departments and the facilities are second to none, staff throughout the hotel exceptionally courteous and friendly with their professional service provided , bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable as are the beds, we didn't want to leave though we will return again such a prestigious hotel

We loved the service and family run business to a very high standard all staff went above and beyond to meet your needs, the restaurant itself exceeded all expectations nothing too much trouble always on hand to help in any way first class service all round and exceptionally wheelchair friendly 😀 👍 we will return again room 3

Bedroom was very small making it hard to move around .
Shower cubicle had black mould around the frame
The location is excellent not far from the tower, room was basic but very clean , breakfast was ok plenty of choice cereal , toast , and fry up all staff were very obliging & pleasant.
No decaffeinated coffee available in the hotel small complaint but to have the choice would have been nice , also our room was just above concert room & we heard everything might S well been in the concert room ! So kept us awake both nights we stayed ,would go back again because of location

Staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast was very tasty. Great location.
The room was quite compact and not much room for walking around. No hair dryer in the room. There was a constant noise of trickling water from the bathroom. On the last night the man next door was shouting and swearing for a good hour or two from 12 midnight, I didn't get to sleep until after 2.
Staff were pleasant to every one and caring to those who wanted help
