Pros:

Very proffsessional and helpful stuff. Huge thanks to Inga in reception who made our stay great experince and upgraded our room. Inga also helped us about sigjtseeing in old Riga🥰

場所は良いが、スタッフの対応と部屋の内部に不満
Pros:

朝食レストランの入り口に係員がいて、部屋番号をきちんとチェックしていたこと、全体をよく見ていたこと。
こういうところはさすがウェルトンだと思った。
朝食の種類がある程度あり、おいしかった。朝食には満足できた。

Cons:

朝１０時にチェックインできなかったので、何時に来ればよいかと聞いたら、１５時だと言われた。
１２時半過ぎにホテルのロビーに戻ってreceptionを見ていたら、１３時頃に来た客が次々にチェックインしていた。
そこで、１３時半頃に、チェックインできるかと聞いたところ、ああできる、みたいな返事をされた。
ロビーでずっと待っていたのに声掛けもされなかったのが不快だった。
６２６という部屋だった。窓はあるものの、景色は全く見えない部屋。部屋の入口の戸は閉めるのが毎回大変だった。
備え付けの電気ケトル、構造に欠陥があって、ケトルの一部を浮かせていないと電源が入った状態にならなかった。

Pros:

The room was nice, clean and I was able to see river. Breakfast was good, wide choice of food and deserts and there new dishes available on the second day
