Hotel voor kort verblijf in Limburgse streek
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel in hotel en bar, ruime parking, mooi ontbijt. erg attentvol was de hondemand met snoep en speeltje voor de meereizende hond

Cons:

slechts 10 bedden aan zwembad waardoor je in het weekend omstreeks 17u30 er met je badjas staat en deze nergens kan leggen. Boek of tijdschrift moet je dus ook niet meenemen.
Hygiene : nog produkten van vorige persoon in frigo
Restaurant Moonstone : personeel liep door elkaar, wisten niet meer welke tafel wat al had gekregen en was duidelijk onze tafel vergeten ?

We voelden ons als niet-golfer een beetje uit de toon gevallen
Pros:

De locatie, de kamer, sauna, zwembad en de bar. De optie om een poetsbeurt over te slaan in ruil voor een drankje, voor iedereen een win-win.

Cons:

Weinig info bij inchecken, geen info over ontbijt, verschillende opties om te dineren, ook niet aangegeven dat het terras achteraan enkel voor de leden van de Golf Club waren, waardoor we eerst gewoon genegeerd werden op het terras en achteraf toen we zelf naar een menukaart vroegen, we te horen kregen dat we niets konden drinken omdat we geen lid waren. Toen zijn we naar het andere terres gegaan, waar we vriendelijk bediend werden. Blijkbaar was er ook een welkomsdrink, maar die kregen we ook niet aangeboden.

Pros:

Good size rooms clean and comfortable. Easy to find however you will need a car to reach the hotel as it is a short drive from Genk city.
Nice bar onsite also a full size pool table, sauna and gym.
Golf course looked well maintained
A network of biking trails and paths across the area
Two restaurants on site, although we didn’t use them due to our schedule looked to be of an extremely high standard

Le cadre, l'architecture, la localisation, le personnel, la chambre, en règle générale tout

Cons:

L'odeur d'humidité latente dans l'espace piscine, dommage car elle est très chouette.
Être taxé de 15 eur à la sortie sans avoir reçu la facture mais bon, difficile de demander des infos vu la barriere de la langue mais bon, avec un montant plus élevé on aurait réclamé évidemment.
