أعجبني المكان من المرافق الفخمه وحسن الضيافه والاهتمام في النظافه بشكل يومي يمر عليك عامل النظافه ينظف الغرفه وحسن موضفين في الاستقبال وخاصة الاستاذ والأخ العزيز صلاح مدير الاستقبال والحجز شخص فاضل وعالي في الترحيب والاخلاق وعلى تواصل دائم معي في كل حاجه و ملاحظات يعطيه العافيه . شكر كبير للإدارة فندق سفاير

Pros:

The hotel room was very dirty and had a very bad smell. It felt suffocating. After I checked in, the reception informed me that I had to make an extra payment to stay on a higher floor. I then paid the additional amount and moved to an upper floor room
