Please note that maintenance work will be carried out in 2026 on the following dates: January 5, February 2, March 2, March 30, April 27, June 1, July 6 (closed all day), July 7, August 3, September 7, October 5, November 2, and December 7. On these days the spa and sauna center will be opened for visitors from 5 PM.

The location and most of all the pool and spa area. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Restaurant staff in the evening are not the most service oriented. Food is ok but portions are tiny. An 8yr old needs at least 2 kids portions plus dessert.

There are things to improve.
Pros:

Unlimited access to pools, beach was very close. Breakfast was with wide choice.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant Noot - we waited even for bread 1 hour and 10 minutes, and bread was partially basic bread from store not home made (price for bread was 4 euros). Main dish we waited 1 hour 40 minutes. In breakfast waffle pad hadn't been cleaned for long time. Windows in dead sea pool were dirty.

Külastage kindlasti seda võrratut hotelli.
Pros:

Pärnusse tulles peatume alati ainult selles hotellis. Asukoht suurepärane, teater lähedal, meri lähedal. Hommikusöök väga rikkalik, kõigile kindlasti midagi meeldivat, kohvi ülihea. Tuba paraja suurusega, küll ilma rõduta aga see polegi oluline külmal ajal. Voodi suur ja parajalt pehme, suured padjad. Ja muidugi SPA, lausa erakordne, meeldiv aroom, basseinibaaris väga lahke teenindus, mugavad puhketoolid, soe õhk, ei pea külmetama kui veest välja tuled. Eesti parim SPA Hotell.
