So many bed bugs! The government should close this hotel. My body if full of bruises because of the bed bugs bite. I have photos that bed bugs in their bed.

Breakfast was mediocre even though was included you had to ask for it every morning
The guests are allow to smoke in their room and the smoke filtered to our room. At times the smoke was so heavy that our eyes and throat will burn. When we ask if we could please move to a non smoking floor or a more comfortable area the receptionist said “ everybody smokes in Turquía” ….the noice level by night is horrendous impossible to sleep till 3am

The hotel staffs are nice and friendly.But i want to suggest that they need to fix the toilet because the smell from the pipe are smells inside the room.
This was my second time in this hotel, friendly and helpul staff, clean rooms and bathroom, very lively neighbourhood full of cafes restaurants shops, 3 minutes to main shopping Avenue.

The hotel is near to several night clubs so sleeping was difficult
Helpful staff, very central location right in the middle of nightlife, plenty of surrounding eateries open until late. Room can be a little noisy. Easy walking distance to both Taksim or Galata and high street shopping. Comfortable room that matches provided pictures
