See what I liked about the property
Pros:

The property was exactly as described.
Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
It is located nearby all attractions and the staff are very friendly and helpful in particular Maeve.
Access to the accommodation and garage was provided and easy to follow.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.
Was perfect for our two day visit to Bologna.

Perfect flat in the center with a precious garage.
Pros:

Perfect residence 10mn walk from Piazza M and garage under. Very clean and spacious flat combined with great customer service.

Cons:

Well if they had a make mirror for my wife and two daughters that would have been a 10. Really nothing to say negative about this place.

Pros:

Apartament dobrze wyposażony, przestronny. Personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja a sam obiekt mega czysty. W okolicy dużo miejscówek jedzeniowych.

Cons:

Aktualnie dużo remontów i problem z zamówieniem taksówki. Sam apartament jest dość słabo wytłumiony i przy temperamencie południowców, nie jest to dobre miejsce na regenerację w nocy. Ściany nie tłumią dźwięków (wewnątrz/zewnątrz). Urządzenia w apartamencie "szumią" dość głośno.

Sehr gute Lage, top Garage und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Hinweise zur Anfahrt und zum Check-in, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Lautes Stühlerücken von Mietern über uns jeden Morgen um halb 6. Filzgleiter an den Stuhlbeinen würden diesen Lärm deutlich reduzieren

Pros:

L emplacement et la gentillesse des jeunes femmes de l accueil.
Logement très propre, lit un petit peu dur pour nous. Mais studio très joli, spacieux et bien agencé. Nous n avons pas été ennuyés par les travaux de la rue, qui sera très belle une fois terminée.

Cons:

Le passage des personnes rentrant le soir et parlant très fort dans la rue où chahutant sous les fenêtres.

Bologna is a dynamic and fascinating city with tons of great restaurants and people watching.
Pros:

Location was great. Even t hrough this is up against a street which is under construction, we were placed in a room away from the construction so had no noise. The room itself is non-smoking but the pedestrian traffic below is very smokey, so you may have to close the windows if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Pros:

The room is spacious and clean, located not far from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff was available for any request.

Cons:

The room is close to a street undergoing major construction, so access to the parking was inconvenient and there was quite alot of construction noise
