INN Mallorca Aparthotel

Overall the aprtments are lovely and very centrally located. Second time we have stayed there,. A couple of issues, problem with the hot water for 3 days ie none. Whatsapp comms completely AI, so other than basic information didnt really help with any questions we had. Finally when aircon was on, smell of cooking was brought into the apartment. That said, this didnt happen last year so it may have been just our room(304). Staff did apologise for the hot water issue but its not ideal.

A great base to enjoy Palma Nova and magaluf we choose these apartments for their value for money and great location.

The room was well equipped and sized, comfortable and overlooking the main road. We did have a blocked toilet which was swiftly rectified, so didn’t spoil our stay.

I hadn’t realised when I booked the hotel that the pool doesn’t open until mid May however that didn’t spoil anything we simply opted for days on the beach- €19:50 for 2 beds and a parasol.

My only small criticism was contact via the emergency number. We had issues with the safe and it locked with all our valuables inside. We called the number yet we still await a call back! Thankfully after 48 hours we managed to get it to open (and didn’t use the safe after that!) but it was frustrating as my jewellery and some money was in there, never mind our passports. Not that I would mind being stuck in Mallorca for a bit longer!!

Will definitely here again.

Helpful staff! Terrible water pressure in the shower. Thin walls, you could hear the neighbors very clearly. Alot of dust under the bed. I would recommend for a short stay

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Excellent food in a very good location. Beach right across the road and surrounded by loads of shops and bars. Very easy to catch a bus and travel into other places. Plenty of shops to get fresh fruit and other great items.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Einige Dinge könnten mal erneuert werden wie zum beispiel die Betten und die Herdplatten es ging nur eine. Es kam im allgemeinen sehr wenig strom durch die leitung so, dass es ewig gedauert hat etwas zu kochen.

Trotz alldem hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 children aged 8 and 10)

Pros
* great location, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches within easy walking distance
* there is a large Aldi within a 2-3 minute walk, with a great bakery section
* good size room, and we were lucky enough to be on the 1st floor so had a massive balcony
* air con was efficient, and there was a huge ceiling fan on the bedroom, so the room was always a comfortable temperature
* the pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds that were large enough to fit all 4 of us
* our room was almost above Finnegans Irish bar, and we were a bit concerned about noise, but there is little noise from the street when the patio doors are closed
* very powerful shower
* we were given new towels every 2-3 days
* we liked that there was a code to get onto the room, rather than having to remember a key card

Cons
* the rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was fine by us as we just purchased some basic cleaning products from Aldi. However, we did feel that a bit more effort could have been made during the one clean
* the cleaners don't take away the rubbish or old towels. Again, this was fine, but it wasn't initially clear that we needed to do this ourselves, or where to put them
* standard holiday moan of people "reserving" sunbeds, while they are nowhere to be seen

Overall, we were impressed with this hotel. We would have given them a score of 5, if it hadn't been for the extremely loud party they held in the pool area one night (for non residents) the party started around 6pm, and continued until 11.50pm. Given that the hotel markets itself as a calm, peaceful place to relax we were very unimpressed. If it's a "tranquil environment" as stated on their website, keeping all the guests awake listening to dance music and people shouting is unacceptable in my opinion.

The property is well placed and the amenities are perfect. The air conditioning is difficult and to set in our appartement. The swimming pool is very nice. I recommend this hotel.

*We were not pleased with the stay at Inn Mallorca apartments. Travelled with 2 kids, 7 and 5 years old. It was partying in the neighbor rooms. The first night someone tried to get in to the room. They opened the window at the bedroom at 5 in the morning.
*You get new towels only every 3. day, and the cleaning personal didn't even take the garbage with them, so it became a lot of garbage at the room. It were also a lot of ants at the room - especially were all the garbage was.
We are not going back to inn mallorca apartments, and will not recommend the hotel for family's.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Apartments were nice and clean, great location close to beaches. Walls are really paper thin. Was quiet, not alot of people around pool, sunbeds were really comfy, didnt need to fight for a spot, pool area was open 11am-7pm so we went to beach first then back to apartments to have a dip in the pool. Pool was lovely to get in to, not freezing cold like most hotels. Would recommend but just hope that you dont get noisy neighbours which we unfortunately did.

My family and I went twice for the pool day that they offer. It was absolutely fantastic. Francesco is such a lovely guy who looked after us around the pool, along with the staff who were always so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The poolside food was incredible! We will continue to take the kids to the pool day. Thanks to all of the great staff there and we would recommend this Hotel & its facilities 100%!

Very clean modern apartment in a excellent location staff was very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble ! Big balcony with table and chairs excellent views !! The pool was closed due to the time of year ! Plenty of places open in palmanova which is a 5/10 mins walk.Bakery was open across the road excellent drinks

Arrived late July 2nd and was greeted by a nice gentleman on reception. Was told safety deposit box was free which was good but still had to pay torist tax as usual.
Apartment was 307 on the top floor. At first look clean and tidy however did find that bin in bathroom had not been emptied since previous occupant as undesirable objects left in the bin.
Water pressure in shower is a joke. Either freezing cold or burning hot. Tried moving shower dial back and forward but no happy medium and this has been mentioned in previous reviews by others. Hotel is situated in a good place. Far enough away not to be kept awake at night but close enough if you want to visit the strip. Katmandu opposite and our room faced the yeti on the wall of the hotel with the same name. Over priced breakfast as just continental for 10€ however if you want a traditional English fry up the restaurants on the sea front are 10 minutes walk away at a cost of about 6€. Drinks also a bit steep at the hotel too at about 2.50 per can and 10€ per cocktail .However save yourself a bob or two and visit the Aldi up the road to stock up on your soft and alcoholic drinks to save yourself a few pennies

Arrived with my children, the day before we left got abused by the night reception and the night porter demanding more money and threatened with the police if I didn't pay them as argued that my child should pay adult prices even though they have a passport. Very abusive and aggressive. Would not recommend at all if you are a family or a mother on her own with children as seemed to have targeted me due to this and tried to bully me to pay.
Cleaning needs improving as everyday missing towels and floor never moped or cleaned correctly causing cockroachs on the 3rd floor.
Will nor be visiting again and would not recommend

The apartments where new, the pool was quite and the Paella was really good. The staff was so nice with our daughter and the beach was a 5 min walk away. Everything was perfect 👍
