Lilac Tree Suites

We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus.

The Lilac Tree is very clean, and it is in a great location.

We loved our room. It was very spacious and had exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Our only issue was that one of the two “comfy” chairs in our suite wasn’t properly supported as the straps were broken. Other than that our trip was fabulous, right down to the clip clip of the horses right outside of our window.

Great location! Small lobby and no breakfast - we've come to expect that.

When we booked the room it says it sleeps 6. It slept only 4 , we had to pay an extra $20.00 for a roll out. The management would not budge on not charging for the roll away bed. Next time I will recommend and use other properties to stay.

Location is great. Staff are amazing and very helpful with everything from check in to check out. Rooms are unique and have a “somewhere in time charm”. The evening “cookies and milk” service at night was such a nice surprise and perk for the kids. Love this hotel and will be back.

Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very courteous and helpful. It's located right in the heart of downtown, which is a plus.

Beautiful property to stay in on Mackinac Island. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean.

We enjoyed that this property is so convenient to everything there is on Main Street while still being very quiet and restful.

This is a nice main Street hotel. The furniture was a little outdated and the air conditioning quite working on our 2nd night but quite nice for an older hotel
