Pros:

Sehr schönes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum. Hotel in sehr modernem Stil gebaut und eingerichtet. Direkt im Zentrum, aber trotzdem mit ausreichend kostenlosen Parkplätzen.

The coffee was.not very good. The food was minimal. Given the sparse availability for food in that area, adding into the breakfast options would be a benefit to the guests. A pool and hot tub is always a winner.

I fell on the uneven sidewalk outside Lobby, a nice man NIT affiliated with hotel came to my side & also went inside to express to Lobby assistant for assistance; Not one employee from hotel came to help me. When I finally got up from ground with help from family & strangers I went inside Lobby hobbling to elevator. Nobody from this hotel looked my way or asked about me! That to me cancelled out any goodness I thought of this establishment. Very Bad Customer Service. 😟

Pros:

Newly renovated. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Good location in town. Only 2 negatives, no coffee maker or micro in room. We weren't given information on the breakfast. We had an early day, and went down around 0600 in hopes of at least coffee. Nothing was available. Maybe it's later on a weekend and we were just too early, but weren't aware of the hours. Would stay again.

Pros:

The receptionist was so put out by our arrival and was very rude. The door to our room was beat up and scratched. Could have been fixed with paint but I suppose that takes too much effort

Pros:

Overall a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. With this being a Hilton property you would expect in room coffee makers, microwaves and free WiFi (only if you sign up for Hilton Rewards). Not the case. This is one of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our trip and it was the most expensive and did not the amenities of the other less expensive hotels. Very disappointing.
