El ambiente familiar y la atención
Todo bien
Las mucamas muy amables y dejaron la habitación muy bien ordenada. El hotel está bien ubicado, a unos 10 minutos de la playa caminando.
El señor que daba las toallas en la alberca es grosero y nunca estaba en el lugar

Muy limpio y el personal en general es amable.
Siento que son un poco excesivos los costos de las bebidas de la barra de la alberca, tomando en cuenta que no es un paquete todo incluido.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, están en buen estado pero se ve el deterioro, además uno de los elevadores no servía y el otro era demasiado lento.

La alberca esta verde ..sucia. ....la habitacion el aire no funciona ...los elelevadores soll 1 funcionaba ....pedi unas cervesas para tomar.y tardaron mas de una hora para llevarlas .....muy diferente ...esa era mi opcion siempre pero ya es la ultima ves q regreso
