Great room.

Paying additional for parking.
The night staff were excellent as we were significantly delayed checking in due to flight diversion.
The noise the cleaning staff were making at 0900 in the morning, opening and closing doors loudly and talking with raised voices down the corridor and outside our room. Not ideal as we checked in at 0500.
Staff were helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Great breakfast too.
Parking at £10 per day.
Everything worked as expected- not always the case in some hotels at the same price. Good location and l enjoyed the views of the airport from the 5th floor. Very good cooked breakfast.

Staff were helpful
Constant noise from the air unit in room 3, staff were made aware but no maintenance team available to fix the fault. Staff couldn't turn off the unit so it was 2 restless nights sleep for us.

The thermostat on the air on/ heating didn't seem to work. Room was rather cold despite my best efforts to adjust it
after a brilliant checkin -3 people on desk we tried and got a meal and drinks -eventually . poor lass was over run . this was the night of the Peter Kay gig . not enough staff at this time .surely knew by your bookings ,you wouldve known it was going to be busy
