Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Roomy apartment with a great view. Comfortable beds. Really nice overall.

Cons:

The washing machine/dryer was defective. Didn't drain the water. That's not a huge deal - unless you're blindsided by it and have kids, like us. 😅 Probably bad luck though, I wouldn't judge the whole hotel based on one bad piece of appliance.

Super location but needs to smarten up its act.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Fantastic views from the room and restaurant. Our room was very comfortable but we booked a family room for 2 of us as we wanted the extra space.

Cons:

The staff were not as welcoming or helpful as most places we visited in Tasmania. The restaurant service was slow and food average.

The bar and restaurant staff were lovely, food was amazing.

Cons:

The room was very small and the windows of our Ocean view room were so dirty, it took away from the view sadly.

The front desk staff had no personality and definitely shouldn't be in the hospitality business.

The shower pressure was very week. Shampooing my hair was not an option!

Comfortable hotel with excetioal ocean views close to Port Arthur
Pros:

Great ocean views, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchenette, nice and close to Port Arthur and other great places of interest. Parking close to room.

Cons:

We scored the accessible room with the hospital like bathroom. Unfortunately we weren’t warned.
The restaurant was extremely busy because it was a long weekend so one of our food choices wasn’t available and the alternative turned out to be considerably more expensive. Staff were rushed off their feet.
