The general attitude of the staff was good and outgoing, they were friendly and ready to make the clients at ease

Cons:

Only one unwarranted observation about the dining staff especially one young lady, she seemed to be elsewhere and not paying attention when requested to bring something, ended ip forgetting about the request

Pros:

All staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager personally took charge arranging special sightseeing tours.

Cons:

Bathrooms are not well designed, open the door and you are in the pot, the room allotted to us was right nxt to a mosque, tired from the over night journey we wanted to sleep and at 4.30 the mosque speakers went off..... The guy sang for an hour and we couldn't sleep.
The breakfast was horrible, for any thing you ask they will tell you it's got to be bought from the restaurant next door as a special order.
The hotel is in an Industrial area and not recommended for travellers.
We stayed for a few hours and checked out asap. Less than 5 hours, paid for a full night for 78 USD plus taxes.

My stay there exceeded my expectations. I felt very comfortable.

The breakfast was great although the beef should have been boiled or softened adequately.

The beef or preparation of the beef. It was hard to chew.

I did like the tanzanian food especially the way fishes were prepared, and the stuffs were really friendly I did have a wonderful holidays in dar es salaam indeed.

Pros:

Price was the only good thing abt this hotel

Cons:

1. Dirty linen
2. Cockroaches in the jnr suite
3. Power outages without backup for hours at a time
4. Dirty floors
5. Very aged equipment that's always breaking down
6. Bathroom facilities are a nightmare, cold water, dirty shower, dirtier towels and filthy faucets
