Unique Stays - 1595 St-Denis

A bit unusual to not have a front desk but it all worked surprisingly well. Nice complimentary breakfast and excellent room cleaning.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs around.

The only drawback was that I was on the 3rd floor, in a perfect room, but I didn't know that there was no elevator and I had a 50 lb bag. Lugging it up all those flights of stairs did terrible things to my back and arm.

But other than THAT, perfect room.

Also, breakfast is provided and light. Snack bars, yogurt, water and coffee.

As a solo traveler who doesn't need much, this was prefect. Self-check in was easy and convenient

Location was perfect in front of theatre St Denis. It was clean quiet and had great snacks.

Available amenities exceeded expectation

This place scammed me big time! They don’t tell you in the ad it backs onto a Mexican restaurant that blasts music into your room for 12 hours a day. I spent $900 on this space for a quiet place to work for the week and I could barely even spend any time there because of the noise. Horrible experience - will never stay here again

Everything worked pretty well. While I would prefer on site parking and an on site staff person, things worked out pretty well.

Location location location. Was skeptical after the sale but all was good at our last visit.

The lack of presence in the office was a negative. There is a reliance on an automatically locking front door which didn't work correctly at one point during our stay. Fortunately when we called to report it it was fixed the next day.
It was a very convenient location for the jazz festival, just over a 10 minute walk.

Went to Montreal for the F1 race. This place was comfortable and quiet. It is located about 4 min walk from Berri-UQAM station, with public transportation to most everywhere. The neighborhood was quite nice and kept-up with many restaurants to eat at. Le Cafe Big Trouble, about 10 min walk, was wonderfully yummy. The owner was very pleasant. The only neg part of stay was several burnt-out bulbs, making the place dark. Fix that and 10/10!

outstanding trip. i picked this property based on some searching and it turned out to be a total gem. highly recommend.

Property is well located and transportation in the area is easily accessible. The rooms are a good size and clean but a little tired. The noise from the street and the rear of the building is surprisingly loud. Nice staff. Breakfast is a buffett of fruit and pre-packaged products.

Very thoughtfully put together room, lots of amenities and the.bed was very comfortable.

Great location and super friendly hosts

Having stayed in a variety of hotels in many countries over the past 20 years, I can say with credible certainty that this hotel was among the very best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and what made it even better was its location in the heart of the city. The host was very friendly and our room nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend it.
