I booked this hotel, as most were fully booked due to the Oil Sands Expo and booking late on my part. I travel frequently for work, and have stayed in countless hotels this year alone. The Stonebridge is the worst of the hotels I have stayed at this year. I will certainly not be back.

Check in lady was gone when we were checking in to Tim hortons(unprofessional to leave facility when not on break) then check out lady didn't seem very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the return of deposit
Curtains in room don't fit window very well so light was in the room all night.
Would have thought for $170 there would be a smart TV that actually has a good screen. The quality on the screen was poor, should also put on a swivel stand so can watch a movie while in the jacuzzi .
