Great food, friendly staff, and excellent customer service! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
Staff is courteous. The inhouse restaurant needs to improve its service quality. During peak breakfast hours, service gets poor. Besides, the veg Indian dish options are limited in case you chose ala carte. Room toilets need to be provided with liquid soap dispensers instead of cake soap.
I was stayed at The Fern Residency Mundra in December 2025 last week to attend our company's function.
The location and atmosphere is fantastic. The quality and services are really fantastic.
And especially the reception staff giving warm welcome it felt you are entering into the home of your close relative.
Overall a good place to stay at Mundra and the staff are very friendly and helpful and perform good service to their customers
Overall good experience, they need to have good equipments in the gym as I stayed for long and expect the Hotel to work on that front.
