The food quality is very poor; it has no taste, and there is no variety. The same menu is being repeated every day.
Earlier, detox water was provided as a healthy drink, but it has now been discontinued.
The mobile network in the room is very poor.
Good hotel with friendly hotel stuff (Gulnaz and rizvana).Food is tasty and will boon this hotel again next time i visiting mundra. Surely will recommend for staying here.

I has been a pleasure staying in Fern Mundra Hotel. I have enjoyed the high level of hospitality from Gulnaz and Rizvana and I'm definitely planning to come back again.
I recommend you do the same if you happen to be in Mundra City.
Rooms are neat & cleaned and even toilet too.
Ambience is also good, Food taste is fine and quantity is more than enough.

I had a great experience. The room and food was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Amenities and ambience were great. I would love to stay again. Breakfast and buffet dinner had huge varieties for vegetarians. They even helped me with small things like the ginger & turmeric powder I needed!
I had a really pleasant stay at The Fern Residency. The staff were very professional, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. Food was delicious.
The Twins - rizwana and gulzar were so sweet , They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any queries.
