Excellent location not so good staff and services
Pros:

Location is amazing. Condition of resort was not good. We had no network during the entire stay and their WiFi was down. In short no communication from outside word for entire three days.
Staff doesn't really care much.
Food was pretty average.
Reaching to this place is an hassle but location is pretty amazing.
Before going there I tried to get in touch with them directions but nobody picked my call. This was important considerations this place is near a jungle.
Overall a good trip due to amazing location (not due to hotel or staff).
Place looks pretty much run down, though I can understand that upkeep might be difficult. At least they could have made up for it with better quality of food and services (especially considering the price they charge).
Also before going I tried to call them for confirmation regarding my booking, they told me that I need to pay more. I had to do so many calls and coordinate between resort and Hotels.com.
