Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gästezimmer, speziell Dusche, gesamtes Bad. Renovierungen kündigen sich an.

personale gentile, veloce ed efficiente. ottima posizione, tutto positivo. è un hotel che evidentemente ha meccanismi rodati da decine di convention e meeting, forse più adatto a viaggi di lavoro che di turismo ma in ogni caso molto accogliente.

Cons:

la comunicazione esclusivamente in lingua tedesca, nemmeno una traduzione almeno in inglese. Stanze un pò impersonali, la scelta di avere la moquette è ormai superata per un hotel. Incomprensibile un minibar vuoto :-)

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war gut, recht ruhig und fußläufig nahe an der Stiftsruine (Festspiele).

Cons:

Das Hotel ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Komfort-Zimmer, sehr sauber aber es müsste doch das Eine oder Andere erneuert werden. 4 Sterne würde ich jetzt nicht unbedingt für richtig halten. Aber es hat mir trotzdem sehr gut in dem Hotel gefallen und nächstes Jahr zu den Festspielen werde ich wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

Der Aufenthalt war nur kurz, dass magere Frühstück senkte die Stimmung!

Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Auf der Intranetseite wir mit einem reichhaltigem Frühstücks-Buffet geworben. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Man sollte beim Einchecken den Gast genau Informieren.
