Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gern das Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal ausserordentlich nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage des Hotels wunderbar gegenüber vom Kurpark und das Zentrum ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem eine ideale Lage. Wer Kurgäste besuchen möchte, liegt mit diesem Hotel ebenfalls auf der sicheren Seite, die Einrichtungen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar zu Fuß.

Lovely place for a good price
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and a great dinner buffet service. The gym and sauna are great too! This is my second time staying here, and I absolutely love it. I’ll definitely be back!

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Super Service beim Abendbuffet und insbesonderer aufmerksamer zuvorkommender Service beim Frühstück durch Herr Müller. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank!

Trevligt hotell med serviceinriktad och bra personal.
Fint beläget i den mysiga lilla staden Bad Hersfeld.
Återkommer gärna igen.

Naturnahe und doch stadtnahe Lage.
Pros:

Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage für Reisende mit Hund. Diese sind willkommen und dürfen mit ins Restaurant. Der schöne Baumbestand und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Kurpark schaffen eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Parkmöglichkeiten , kostenlose und der hoteleigene Parkplatz (5€) die Nacht, stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Im Restaurant gab es abends nur Buffet, allerdings konnte man auch nut Teile z-B. nur Hauptgericht, buchen. Ich hätte mir eine Speisenkarte gewünscht.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Am Abend haben wir das Büffet gewählt - sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie freundlich, umsichtig, hilfsbereit das Personal ist. Selten, dass man so deutlich spürt, wie willkommen man ist. Dieses Hotel immer wieder!!!!
