En travaux et horriblement bruyant
Pros:

En plein travaux, coups de marteau et perceuses des 7h du matin
La reception s’en moque éperdument.
Restaurant hors de prix, tartare de saumon qui m’a rendu malade
Et le comble piscine et spa en travaux et donc fermés

A aucun moment j’ai été prévenu que le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas accessibles. Et l’hôtel est en travaux, le bruit, l’odeur et la poussière en plus problème de wifi. +24h sans connexion
Si j’avais su je ne serai pas venu à cet hôtel.
Le personnel était agréable et souriant.

This hotel located in a very good location. Good hot water, A/C, needs more English channels. The breakfast is very good, more choices, staff always there to help you. Always we got good thick new towels. Front desk lady arranged a vehicle for us to go to Morndava and Kindley forest for reasonable price. Our driver Freddi took care of us finding hotels and driving safely. We had another driver also for the Lemur Park. We had upgrade and gifts. Second time or room carpet needs shampooing. We will stay again in this hotel!

호텔택시 이용시 분실물(핸드폰) 찾아줌

호텔택시를 이용하여 공항으로 이동했는데..차에 핸드폰을 놓고 내렸는데..호텔에서 운전자에게 연결하여 한시간 후에 공항으로 다시 가져다 주었습니다. 너무 감사합니다.

It is very important to understand that this hotel has an old and the new part of the hotel. With Expedia booking I was booked in the old part of the hotel, which is pretty old and it doesn't deserve to be on your booking page. Having said that I was unlucky/lucky that I didn't have water for the first evening and night and after that incident they moved me into the new part of the hotel, which was pretty nice.
What Expedia needs to assure is that your bookings are always related to the new part of the hotel, as the old part isn't recommended at all, hence my average ratings for everything.

Very nice hotel and great service and staff. In a busy section of the capital so some street noise at certain times of day. Overall very comfortable, with good wifi and excellent breakfast/meals.
