Effective starting September 14, 2021, Park Avenue Clemenceau is unable to accept bookings of travelers required to serve Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation (Reciprocal Green Lane / Air Travel Pass / Vaccinated Travel Lane). Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Well-priced. Close to supermarket, coffee shops and train station.
The neighbouring construction noise really detracted from the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. Also the pool area could use a few more loungers.
The location, amenities especially full kitchen which really came in handy as we were travelling with a baby.
Nothing everything was great. If we had to be really picky the construction noise by the pool was quite loud but totally out of the property’s control and I’d say this would be the case as most hotels in Singapore at the moment. We still enjoyed our swims!

Perfectly location for us. 5 mins to Fort Canning MRT station, Robertson and Clarke Quay restaurants a very short walk away and a supermarket in the same building. Our 1 bedroom apartment had everything we required for our holiday. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great for a cool down in the Singapore heat. Had a look in at the gym which seemed very well equipped but didn't make use of it. Will definitely return to this property in the future.
Only issue we had was a slight smell from the drain in the bathroom when first running the water in the morning or after returning from a day out.
We had a 2 bedroom for our family of 4 and it felt really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was lightly stocked. Ok for us because we mostly ate out but probably challenging if you were to actually cook. Location was pretty good in walking distance of a MRT station. Taxis are pretty easy to get. The supermarket and convenience store right below was helpful. The pool was nice and my kids loved it. The staff were friendly.
There is some wear showing in the rooms, mainly the bathrooms. Could use some updating and deeper cleaning in bathrooms/showers.

Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, beds were very comfortable, MRT was a few minutes away, and Fort Canning Park was a delightful walk every morning. The small supermarket in the next building (first floor) was a bonus with a 7/11 on the ground floor was perffect when you are out everyday to see as much as you can.
I highly recommend this apartment, I will be booking Park Avenue Clemenceau again on my next visit.
