Effective starting September 14, 2021, Park Avenue Clemenceau is unable to accept bookings of travelers required to serve Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation (Reciprocal Green Lane / Air Travel Pass / Vaccinated Travel Lane). Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nice place to stay in Singapore
Pros:

The location is all best. And the bus123 which has an early stop around this apartment goes Sentosa directly. Apartment’s space is much bigger than we thought and we enjoyed it sooo much!

Cons:

Beddings are little bit wet. If there is a dehumidifier will help a lot.

Výborná lokalita, v blízkosti metro, krásny park, nové komfortné vybavenie hotela, čistota, kľud a ticho, dostatok priestoru pre 4-člennú rodinu. Toto ubytovanie výborne dopĺňalo našu skvelú dovolenku v Singapure. Bazén na 5. poschodí nám spríjemnil pobyt a poskytol relax. Ďakujeme za skúsenosť. Radi sa vrátime :-)

We had an amazing stay!
Pros:

Loved the location and the size of the apartment. The staff were lovely and always said hello. Great to have access to food within walking distance and the supermarket was a bonus.

Cons:

The only thing I’d suggest is a broom in the room to use between cleans.

Great location. Very close to the MRT.
We stayed 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for longer stays as it has all amenities needed. Washing/drying machine. Swimming pool.

Spacious, clean, centrally located apartments - with a friendly atmosphere. Our second visit, will be back. 😊
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, clean one bedroom apartment located very centrally. Near MRT and buses. Friendly staff and reception. Everything very clean and well looked after. Nice atmosphere and vibe.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. The only thing that would make a nice difference in the apartment would be some softer lighting, another lamp or two, rather than mostly being overhead spotlights. Tiny detail, but that would make it cosier at night.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful country of Singapore.
Pros:

The accommodation was very close to the Downtown MRT line, Clarke Quay a supermarket and many restaurants.
Our room was self contained with a kitchenette, washing machine / dryer. All staff were very helpful and friendly. It met all our needs.

Comforting, home away from home
Pros:

Location, walking distance to MRT, bus stop out front, local shops, coffee and food all around. Lovely staff and was able to keep cool and rest between ventures out!

A nice place to stay
Pros:

Our apartment with one bedroom was perfect for an older couple staying there 14 days. The rooms were clean, the double bed was big and comfortable. We appreciated a lot of having a washing machine in the little kitchen. It was needed because we liked to walk around even if
it is was very warm. The swimming pool was close to our apartment. The location is perfect for walking along the Riverside or to Orchad Road, Little Italy, China town. Only 200 meters to the underground station and you can also take the bus 123 to Sentosa island on the other side of the road. A lot of good, different kind of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the air condition because the blowing was too strong. We tried to adjust it, received also help from the personnel in the reception. The system must be somehow automatically controlled. The adjustments didn't last.

Park Avenue Clemenceau. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Proximity to bus and train. Restaurants and 7/11 nearby.
Spacious. Well provisioned.
Washing machine so handy.
Coffee machine in reception.
Bread and pastries in the morning.
Great pool. Gym.
Comfortable beds.
Aircon.
Shout out to housekeeper Mui Leng, and cleaners Ley and Kumar.
Every third day serviced and bottles of water provided.
Highly recommend.
