Effective starting September 14, 2021, Park Avenue Clemenceau is unable to accept bookings of travelers required to serve Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation (Reciprocal Green Lane / Air Travel Pass / Vaccinated Travel Lane). Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Super convenient and easy stay

PERFECT location - very helpful staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect from arrival to departure - coffee machine was an added bonus. Staff could not have been more helpful. Even able to print tickets etc from computers in foyer.

Amazing. Definitely would stay here again in the future!
Pros:

Fabulous apartment - We felt the standard was better, than local hotel's we had previously stayed at.
Very clean apartment, pool and reception - Quality presentation - Quality Staff
Location is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, taxi stand.
Definitely recommend - Better than hotels - Priced fair, given you get more for your money in these apartments.

Cons:

Probably just small things like it would be nice to have a toaster and knife to cut bread with, which would be helpful, but really, it wasn't a problem, the grill machine did a good job with the toast. Just a hint to help future visitors.
