Effective starting September 14, 2021, Park Avenue Clemenceau is unable to accept bookings of travelers required to serve Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation (Reciprocal Green Lane / Air Travel Pass / Vaccinated Travel Lane). Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

I liked everything about this place. Next time in Singapore, I am going to stay at the same place.
Pros:

In Park Avenue Clemenceau you feel as a house guest, not the hotel guest. The reception staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They did not let me pass by without saying hello and asking whether I needed anything. All my requests were promptly answered even if they could not fulfil it.
The cleaning personal did their job in most discrete way. They respected 'do not disturb' sign for as long as you did not request something delivered in the room. If they entered the room, they made sure to leave it clean and provide clean towels. I usually don't need cleaning my room for short stays and place 'do not disturb' sign on the door for the duration of my stay. But, Park Avenue personal made me change that habit. It was just wonderful coming to the room every time as if I just checked in.

Cons:

I liked everything about this place except price and fact that you cannot make reservation for less than 6 nights.

Excellent apartment to explore Singapore from
Pros:

A perfect apartment to stay with one toddler. A great pool and so handy to have a washing machine in the room. The location is good, with an MRT station right there and the river right there, which you can walk along.

Very good value for money. The apartment style accommodation was very spacious

The area was quiet but close to Fort Canning MRT.
The property was clean and the swimming pool is big enough to accommodate a lot of people

PERFECT location - very helpful staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect from arrival to departure - coffee machine was an added bonus. Staff could not have been more helpful. Even able to print tickets etc from computers in foyer.
