Pros:

The location is very convenient to explore the city, everything you need is close to hand but is quiet street for sleeping. The staff were very friendly, a shout-out to Fatih, he made us feel home from home. He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed Istanbul. We got upgraded since renovations were taking place.

Pros:

Me and my dad had an amazing stay! The place is very neat and clean, the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe however close to Taksim square. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks goes to Fatih, he is doing an awesome job!

If we ever travel to Istanbul again, this friendly apartment will definitely be our first choice ❤️
Pros:

We stayed for 10 days. It was exactly like the pictures we saw on the website. We were three but it was an apartment with all the facilities for five people. The apartment and even the whole building was very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and the bus station for both Zabiha and Istanbul airports. We prepared all our meals and the supermarket was a 3 minute walk away. The internet speed was great. Their two employees, Fatih and Boshra, were very kind and warm and always available. Thanks to them for making our stay memorable :)

Cons:

I can't mention any negative points, I just wanted to extend it for another week, which unfortunately wasn't possible.

Pros:

Thanks to Fatih, he always welcomed us warmly and helped us whenever we had questions or concerns. On our last day, he even walked us to the bus stop since we weren’t sure where it was. The room on the first floor was very nice, and we really liked it for our 5-day trip. At first, we stayed briefly in the apartment in the “basement” I wouldn’t recommend that room for a longer stay, but it was perfectly fine as well.

Pros:

This is my second time staying at Calanthe residence, and if I came back, it's no coincidence: this place is simply exceptional.
Everything is there for a perfect stay: the setting, the comfort, and the quality of the service. You truly feel at home.

A big thank you to Fatih, who is adorable and always very attentive, as well as to the owner, who is a truly wonderful woman.

An address I highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back again !

Pros:

I like the spacious area of my room and the balcony. The room is warm during winter. And the receptionist Fatih was lovely, making our trip so much more memorable and comfortable. He really deserves a raise.

Pros:

Special thanks to the night auditor, Fatih, who was extremely helpful and kind to us. The hotel is located in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our stay very close to taksim square.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Es un lugar muy cómodo para dejar el equipaje que uno llege consigo y descansar bien.
La predisposición del personal del hotel es maravillosa. Están atentos a cuando llegas al alojamiento sea la hora que fuere y a cuando te vas.
Es muy cordial el trato y te hacen sentir comodos. Es por eso que los hemos elegido dos veces.
