I have stayed at this property several times already, and it has always been a reliable choice. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and everything works exactly as expected.

The location is very convenient, with the metro and Taksim area within easy walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. I always sleep well here without any noise issues.

I have stayed here in different seasons: it was warm and comfortable during winter, and perfectly fine during summer as well. The shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and other facilities have always worked properly.

The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and communication have always been smooth, and I have never experienced any problems during my stays.

Overall, a dependable place that I keep coming back to whenever I visit Istanbul. Highly recommended.

3월에 한번 왔다가 너무 좋아서 다시 예약했어요! 침구도 아주 편안하고 방도 깔끔해요. 위치도 하바버스 정류장, 탁심광장과 가까워서 편리하고, 시한기르까지는 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 무엇보다 카운터 직원 Fatih가 너무나 친절하고 고객 편의를 잘 봐줘서 좋았어요!! Fatih 덕분에 이스탄불을 좋아하게 되었고, 세 달만에 다시 올 결심을 했다고 해도 과언이 아니에요. 다시 이스탄불을 찾게 된다면 꼭 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶어요!!

I stayed here once in March and loved it so much that I decided to book it again! The bedding is very comfortable, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The location is also excellent, it’s close to the Havabus stop and Taksim Square, and you can even walk to Cihangir. Most importantly, Fatih at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He spoke excellent English, so communication was effortless, and he always checked to make sure I had everything I needed. He made my stay so enjoyable that it’s no exaggeration to say he was one of the reasons I fell in love with Istanbul. If I visit Istanbul again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

New modern spacious clean comfortable studio apartment with a huge bed and fresh bathroom. We absolutely loved the quiet location just off Takism Square, cheap restaurants, supermarket and transport all on your doorstep. The staff are delightful and we liked having a fridge and kettle to make our breakfast in the morning.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sauber und die Lage in der Nähe vom Taksim Platz ist gut, weil man auch mit Ubahn und Bus überall gut hinkommt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Housekeeping – alles war immer sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Außerdem ein großes Dankeschön an Fathi am Empfang: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in zentraler Lage, perfekt, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte sehr viel Platz. Obwohl wir sehr nah bei Taksim waren, war die Strasse ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 5min In Taksim und von dort aus erreicht man ganz Istanbul mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, sehr hilfreich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fatih und Büsra waren wie gute Freunde für uns, bei Fragen haben sie uns jederzeit geholfen sowie auch sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen bei unserem nächsten Istanbul Trip und werden dieses Hotel auch unseren Freunden empfehlen!

The location is very convenient to explore the city, everything you need is close to hand but is quiet street for sleeping. The staff were very friendly, a shout-out to Fatih, he made us feel home from home. He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed Istanbul. We got upgraded since renovations were taking place.

Me and my dad had an amazing stay! The place is very neat and clean, the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe however close to Taksim square. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks goes to Fatih, he is doing an awesome job!

We stayed for 10 days. It was exactly like the pictures we saw on the website. We were three but it was an apartment with all the facilities for five people. The apartment and even the whole building was very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and the bus station for both Zabiha and Istanbul airports. We prepared all our meals and the supermarket was a 3 minute walk away. The internet speed was great. Their two employees, Fatih and Boshra, were very kind and warm and always available. Thanks to them for making our stay memorable :)

Thanks to Fatih, he always welcomed us warmly and helped us whenever we had questions or concerns. On our last day, he even walked us to the bus stop since we weren’t sure where it was. The room on the first floor was very nice, and we really liked it for our 5-day trip. At first, we stayed briefly in the apartment in the “basement” I wouldn’t recommend that room for a longer stay, but it was perfectly fine as well.

This is my second time staying at Calanthe residence, and if I came back, it's no coincidence: this place is simply exceptional.
Everything is there for a perfect stay: the setting, the comfort, and the quality of the service. You truly feel at home.

I like the spacious area of my room and the balcony. The room is warm during winter. And the receptionist Fatih was lovely, making our trip so much more memorable and comfortable. He really deserves a raise.

Special thanks to the night auditor, Fatih, who was extremely helpful and kind to us. The hotel is located in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our stay very close to taksim square.
